Are you a field marketer with a strong distaste for the generic? An event planner who thinks outside the box to create one-of-a-kind experiences? We’re looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to own our Midmarket/Enterprise strategy for the western region, with heavy partnership with our sales, product marketing, and executive teams to put on highly targeted events that win the hearts and minds of key decision makers in our prospect buying center. You will report into the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing for the segment, joining a team of charismatic marketers who get it done, move with urgency and are deeply rooted in data to ensure our spend is driving ROI and pipeline outcomes. In this role, you’ll own the strategy for events and direct mail for North America West, supporting over a dozen Account Executives and their respective BDRs in driving outbound leads and net new opportunities.

 

 

How You'll Make a Difference:

  • Own the strategy for the midmarket/enterprise field marketing program for North America – West
  • Ideate, plan, and execute up to 20 events that drive net new pipeline and meet company ROI KPIs
  • Collaboration of event programs across the marketing organization including but not limited to customer workshops, industry events, PR activations, segment-specific events, annual user conference, sales events, thought leadership, roadshows,etc.  
  • Own the management, maintenance, and internal sharing of field marketing calendar to ensure Klaviyo shows up in the field in a strategic manner across marketing, customers, sales and partners 
  • Own the internal project management of events: Klaviyo staffing, procurement requests, vendor management/contracts, SWAG inventory, hotel blocks, travel arrangements, creative requests, etc.
  • Own the build out of event promotion channels: registration page build, social posts, email marketing via direction/strategy from field marketing leads
  • Own the marketing ops associated with events, in close collaboration with the sales ops team: Salesforce campaign management, list cleaning, sales enablement, and reporting
  • Partner with creative and external agency teams in the creation of field event assets including banners, signage, and swag. Ensure all assets fit brand guidelines and support broader brand goals.
  • Travel and work field events as needed, serve as onsite POC
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

 

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in midmarket/enterprise field marketing 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Reachdesk, Splash, Outreach, Gong, and Canva as well as other office productivity and collaboration tools
  • Proven success in managing field marketing programs and relationships with large enterprise sales organizations
  • Experience building and delivering of field marketing campaigns, events, executive and key account programs and joint partner activity
  • Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders both inside and outside the company
  • The experience and passion to think creatively and generate ideas on how to build robust and unique 1:1 and 1:few field events
  • Data-driven, you have a grasp on how event execution ties back to performance/impact on the business specifically pipeline generation and deal acceleration
  • Hands-on execution ability with effective project management, budget management, prioritization, organizational skills, accuracy in performance, ability to anticipate the needs of sales and detail-driven
  • Exhibit initiative, a sense of teamwork, ability to multitask, optimistic, approachable, and an inappropriate sense of urgency
  • Demonstrates creative spark as expressed in ideas for messaging, creative design, etc.
  • Able to work independently and dedicate a minimum of 40 hours/week
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
  • Willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of your employment and criminal history
  • Ability to travel up to 40%

The pay range for this role is listed below. Some sales and success roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. This role is eligible for benefits, including: medical, dental and vision coverage, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), flexible paid time off and company-paid holidays and a culture of learning that includes a learning allowance and access to a professional coaching service for all employees.

Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$104,000$156,000 USD
