Marketing Analyst

Job Summary
The Marketing Analyst plays a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive marketing strategy and performance. This role will dive deep into campaign and customer data, uncover trends, and provide strategic recommendations that help shape our marketing initiatives. Working with internal marketing teams, including Revenue Marketing, Digital Marketing, Strategic Communications, and Product Marketing, this role will track and optimize the performance of every marketing channel and activity. The Marketing Analyst will also collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales Operations and Business Intelligence to ensure alignment of data, reporting, and shared KPIs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review marketing campaign performance across all channels (webinars, events, email, web, paid media etc.) and provide actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, attribution, ROI, and funnel metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, conversion rate, and velocity).
- Partner closely with internal marketing teams to establish performance benchmarks and identify opportunities for improvement across campaigns.
- Identify trends and growth opportunities across the marketing funnel.
- Support the Marketing Operations team in building scalable reporting processes and performance frameworks.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way to drive data-informed recommendation.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across marketing systems and reports by partnering with data owners and stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales Operations and Business Intelligence teams to ensure data integrity and alignment across systems and KPIs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MS in Analytics or MBA) is a plus but not required.
- 3 – 4 years of experience in a marketing analytics, marketing operations, or similar data-focused role.
- Excellent data-analytical skills with experience interpreting large data sets and drawing actionable conclusions.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar.
- Comprehension of marketing funnel, attribution models, and campaign measurement. Experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally and explain complex data in simple terms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
