  • Serve as the technical point of accountability for your team and dive into code reviews, architecture decisions, or hands-on development when needed.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Business team stakeholders to define goals, establish timelines, and deliver critical features.

  • Drive execution on complex projects under tight deadlines, supporting the team in building innovative applications that scale.

  • Promote engineering best practices across the team, championing quality, security, and maintainability in all deliverables.

What You'll Bring

  • At least 2 years of experience managing software engineering teams, driving technical excellence and supporting individual development.

  • A proven track record of leading cross-functional development teams through the full software lifecycle from scoping and design to release and maintenance.

  • Strong mentorship and leadership capabilities, with experience cultivating a high-performing, collaborative team culture.

  • Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language, such as C# or Java.

  • Hands-on experience with .NET Framework or .NET Core.
