Here, “impossible” isn’t part of our vocabulary. You’ll face some of the toughest but most rewarding challenges of your career. They’re worth it. Channeling your inner grit will accelerate your growth, help us win as a team, and create unforgettable moments for our customers.

The Crown Is Yours

As a Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing, you will lead one of our fastest-growing channels, driving customer growth, engagement, and brand affinity through strategic partnerships within the influencer community. Using your expertise and data-driven mindset, you will identify ideal influencer collaborators, design and execute dynamic campaigns, and analyze performance to maximize impact and engagement across our full suite of verticals.

What you’ll do as a Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with the right influencer partners, ensuring they deliver authentic, engaging content that enhances brand presence and audience engagement.

  • Develop and execute the influencer partnership strategy to drive scalable and efficient customer acquisition, ensuring alignment with broader growth marketing goals and brand objectives.

  • Oversee high-impact, high-value partnerships with top-tier influencers and media networks, negotiating contracts and optimizing performance to maximize ROI.

  • Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle—from partner selection, deal negotiation, and media planning to creative execution, compliance, and performance measurement.

  • Analyze performance data to drive decision-making, working closely with the Marketing Analytics team to assess influencer campaign effectiveness and refine acquisition strategies.

  • Innovate and push boundaries by identifying new content formats, media opportunities, and emerging influencer trends to ensure we remain at the forefront of influencer marketing.

  • Manage and mentor a team, fostering an environment of growth, collaboration, and excellence in execution.

  • Ensure compliance and brand integrity, ensuring all influencer partnerships align with DraftKings’ legal, regulatory, and responsible gaming guidelines.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 4 years of experience in growth marketing, influencer partnerships, or digital media, with a proven track record of executing large-scale, high-impact influencer campaigns.

  • Deep expertise in influencer marketing, digital partnerships, and media buying, including experience negotiating and managing multi-million-dollar influencer and integrated media deals.

  • Understanding of the sports betting and fantasy sports landscape, with familiarity with DraftKings’ products and competitive positioning.

  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate campaign performance data into actionable insights that optimize marketing spend and improve efficiency.

  • Strong leadership and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners at all levels.

  • A proactive, strategic mindset, with a passion for testing new ideas, embracing innovation, and continuously improving marketing performance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; MBA is a plus.
