  • Manage the executive's expenses in line with company policy and guidance, respond to information requests, facilitate executive actions, and occasionally provide backup support to the executive's direct reports as needed.

  • Create detailed travel itineraries and act as a proxy for the executive, attending meetings and providing updates when needed.

  • Handle personal requests as needed and partner with personal staff.

What you’ll bring

  • 7+ years of relevant experience working in a busy, high-growth, and fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or another related field and prior experience in supporting C-Level Executives.

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience working with external-facing key relationships or business partners of the executive, whether digital or in person communication.

  • Openness to travel as needed for business events.

  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and after-hours, while staying mindful of the industry's peak seasons.

  • Demonstrate administrative competence, including typing, scheduling, emailing, and coordinating calendars, with preferred experience in Zoom and general video conferencing tools.

  • Experience working with all levels of management and consulting with key business stakeholders with a strong ability to influence others.
