The Crown Is Yours

As a Manager of Compliance Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our risk management strategies. Leading a team of analysts, you’ll elevate our reporting, tools, and processes to safeguard both our customers and the company from potential risks. You will also support our Compliance Management program by leveraging data analysis to detect violations, identify process gaps, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Through cross-functional collaboration and analytical problem solving, you will enable teams across our organization to make smarter, better, and faster decisions.

What you’ll do as a Manager, Compliance Analytics

  • Lead a small team of analysts responsible for developing data analysis and reports to assess and confirm our Compliance initiatives and regulatory requirements. Example areas include: algorithm development to find regulatory violations, dashboard development, and regular routines to update senior leadership.

  • Lead a team of analysts to create data-driven insights, dashboards, and reports that assess compliance initiatives and identify regulatory violations, while providing regular updates to senior leadership.

  • React real-time to various threats to the business by evaluating alerts, creating data driven insights, and developing new response models.

  • Build and maintain a reporting suite to support critical initiatives and inform stakeholders.

  • Create high-quality communications to align key stakeholders across the business.

  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as Engineering, Product, and Operations to analyze and highlight important customer behaviors that may present a compliance risk.

  • Inject a culture of vigilance for Anti-Money Laundering and Responsible Gaming throughout all areas of the business.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline.

  • At least 5 years of experience doing analytical project work. Compliance analytics experience preferred.

  • Experience leading a team of junior analysts and being responsible for managing, mentoring, and helping to grow their careers.

  • Demonstrated experience in conducting exploratory data analysis, including querying, aggregating, and merging data to extract meaningful insights, along with the capability to mentor and teach these skills to team members.

  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to simplify intricate problems into actionable frameworks and confidently present data insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Effective project management skills for both short-term and long-term deliverables.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 126,000.00 USD – 157,500.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
