The Crown Is Yours
As a CRM Associate, you’ll support the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel campaigns that keep customers engaged and excited. You’ll play a key role in driving the day-to-day operations of the Customer Retention & Monetization Team, helping ensure our communications are timely, impactful, and on-brand. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to personalize campaigns, execute A/B tests, and deliver compelling messages across email, push, and in-app channels. This is a fast-paced, data-driven environment where you’ll have the chance to grow your technical skills and contribute to business outcomes from day one.
What you’ll do as a CRM Associate

Build and launch customer communications across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and more.

Partner with Analytics, Product, and Engineering to incorporate segmentation, test plans, and user preferences into campaign execution.

Write clear, concise, and on-brand copy tailored to each marketing channel and audience.

Operate as a key CRM lead with flexibility to support business needs outside standard working hours.

Execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize campaign performance.

Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with the Marketing Creative Team to ensure best-in-class design and messaging alignment.

Ensure campaign accuracy by applying QA processes and adherence to brand and compliance standards.
What you’ll bring

At least 1 year of relevant marketing experience, ideally in eCommerce, gaming, or a data-driven environment.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.

A strong analytical mindset with the ability to clearly interpret and communicate data insights.

Experience running A/B tests and a willingness to learn HTML and marketing platforms.

Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects with strong attention to detail.

Flexibility to work non-standard hours as needed based on campaign schedules.

A proactive, self-starter attitude with comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 58,400.00 USD – 73,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
