What you’ll do as a CRM Associate

  • Set up and manage the performance of Product Experience and Transactional messaging campaigns related to all DraftKings products.

  • Work cross-functionally with a broad set of Analytics, Product, Engineering, and Operations partners to implement marketing campaigns to improve the customer experience and drive value for the business.

  • Execute marketing campaigns across a variety of channels (email, app push notifications, in-app messaging, and more) adhering to marketing standards and brand guidelines.

  • Measure and analyze key performance indicators, ensuring campaigns are impactful, accurately tracked, and continually optimized.

  • Oversee the maintenance of documentation for owned projects and campaigns to facilitate knowledge-sharing.

  • A data-driven approach and strategic thinking with a passion for sports, gaming or technology preferred.

  • Well organized and great attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints.

  • Basic understanding or experience with HTML, SQL and/or Tableau a plus.

  • Proven experience as a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.

  • Knowledge of Braze, Liquid, and SQL is a bonus.
