The Crown Is Yours
As a Content Marketing Associate on our Recruitment Marketing & Employer Brand team, you’ll bring our culture to life across our DraftKingsLife social media channels. You’ll share the stories of our people through compelling videos, graphics, and copy that resonate with global audiences and support our talent attraction goals. From shaping content strategies to executing campaigns, you’ll help build meaningful connections with future candidates and strengthen our presence as an employer of choice. Your creativity and data-driven mindset will fuel content that’s both impactful and authentic, elevating how we connect with the next generation of talent.
What you’ll do as a Content Marketing Associate

Build and manage the DraftKingsLife organic content calendar and develop content for core social channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok.

Create, edit, and share original graphics and videos for social media that highlight employee stories and support global recruitment marketing and employer brand efforts.

Develop compelling employer brand content that connects with our target audience across DraftKingsLife social channels, email campaigns, and other marketing platforms.

Craft engaging copy for organic social posts and support other ad hoc written content projects focused on specific teams, our company culture, and our open positions.

Track performance metrics and use data-driven insights to improve future content and campaigns based on engagement and trends.
What you’ll bring

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in a Social Media Marketing role with a focus on developing video, graphic, and written content.

Previous experience having managed one or more social media accounts.

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different campaigns and audiences.

Proficiency with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, with experience creating both short-form and long-form content.

Experience in graphic design using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Energy and excitement for creating a best-in-class employer brand and the ability to create a strong social presence and followership.
