The Crown Is Yours
As an Analyst II, Sports Marketing, you will support the quantitative evaluation of sports marketing initiatives, seasonal tentpoles, and key partnership performance. In this role, you will conduct analysis on deals across media, marketing, talent, and partners to evaluate performance across financial, brand, and competitive metrics to support recommendations to our Growth Marketing and Executive Leadership Teams.
What you'll do as an Analyst II, Sports Marketing

Improve share of voice modeling that will support marketing in spend decisions.

Provide quantitative analysis and strategic direction to partnership efforts across a number of disciplines including: Team & Leagues, Media, Talent & Influencer partnerships.

Perform a variety of ad-hoc quantitative analysis to understand how DK differs from competitors and what choices and external factors are driving performance.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to extract value from market intelligence tools and datasets.

Build analytical frameworks to improve marketing channel performance.

Partner with marketers and cross-functional teams to frame business problems and deliver analytically rigorous, actionable recommendations.

Present key findings to senior leadership and support strategic decision-making.
What you'll bring

At least 2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics).

Proficiency in SQL/Snowflake and Excel for large-scale data analysis.

Experience with Tableau (or equivalent) for building data visualizations and performance dashboards.

Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize and present insights to cross-functional teams.

Proven ability to work independently, prioritize across multiple projects, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Python, R, or other statistical tools is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 76,800.00 USD – 96,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
