Presales Solutions Consultant
Job Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Presales Solutions Consultant located in Boston, MA, with some work from home acceptable. The Presales Solutions Consultant will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, addressing technical inquiries, and tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of clients. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with sales, implementation, and customer success teams to develop and propose tailored solutions, managing client expectations, and ensuring a smooth handover to the project management team upon deal closure.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Presales and Sales
- Strong Solution Selling and Project Management skills
- Analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in the AI and commerce sectors is a plus
