We’re looking for a senior leader to manage a portfolio of products owned by the Customer Delivery Organization as well as the Customer Business Operations Function. Today this includes our Customer Analytics Function including the Intelligence Portal, our Drivewell Whitelabel Application Framework, and a series of applications to manage and report on the performance of the organization.
CMT is looking for a collaborative, customer-committed, and creative Senior Director Customer Solutions Product Management & Business Operations who wants to join us in making roads safer by making drivers better!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and own the Customer Analytics Product Roadmap, Strategy, Pricing,
- Oversee Drivewell WhiteLabel Application Framework that allows for rapid deployment and customization of Mobile and In Car Applications
- Develop a roadmap of reusable components that could be built by the Customer Solutions team that would allow for the more efficient delivery of custom solutions for our partners.
- Oversee our Business Operations Team that is responsible for maintenance our our Business Applications for
- Professional Services Automations (Revenue Forecasting, Resource Management), Customer Success Management, Ticket Management
- Resolves critical issues both within your team and those impacting adjacent teams
- Make final product judgements based on information provided by product managers, engineers, leadership, and customers
- Direct activities to bring the voice of our customers, partners, and users to every meeting and interaction to help us understand the impact of decisions we make
- Write product requirements documents and ensure clear communication, understanding, and coordination of requirements to the business, design and development teams
- Leverage consumer insights and market intelligence to inform product choices; research and identify new opportunities
- Proactive and regular interaction with key customers to ensure products meet the needs of the market
- Manage critical projects, including assigning resources, managing priorities, and defining measurable milestones
- Develop, articulate, and evangelize the vision and roadmap both internally and externally
- Own and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, including long-term vision, goals, and prioritization
- Define metrics for success for new features, track these metrics, and make adjustments to the roadmap accordingly
- Complete any additional tasks as they arise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience and/or certification in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Product Management
- 5+ years of management responsibility including experience running an entire functional unit
- Experience building B2B products, with a demonstrated ability to set and execute against a product backlog with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent management skills to keep initiatives and team on track
- An ability to adapt to changing business needs and prioritize efforts against the challenges at hand
- A scrappy, positive “impact-focused” attitude: you don’t hesitate to take initiative and address something hands-on
- A passion for using data to make our streets and highways safer
- Experience working with data scientists and machine learning engineers to set requirements for predictive algorithms
- Strong project management / program management skills to keep initiatives on track
- An ability to adapt to changing business needs and prioritize efforts against the challenges at hand
- Familiarity working in an agile environment and working with tools such as JIRA
- Comfort reading and digesting API documentation

Base Salary Range
- The base salary range for this position is: $216,000 to $270,000. This range is specifically for Cambridge, MA
