About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager to design, implement, and scale our internal IT systems and operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in autonomy and enjoys building the foundation for secure and efficient workplace infrastructure as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect, deploy, and maintain core IT infrastructure, including identity and access management, endpoint protection, and SaaS applications.

Manage tooling lifecycle: procurement, onboarding, offboarding, and renewals of SaaS tools and IT hardware.

Develop and maintain device management policies (e.g., MDM) and standardized configurations for employee laptops and devices.

Support onboarding/offboarding workflows in coordination with PeopleOps and Engineering teams.

Serve as the internal support point for access requests, provisioning, and troubleshooting.

Maintain IT policies and support company-wide employee training for best practices.
What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in IT operations or systems administration roles.

Deep experience managing SaaS tools, device management, and access control systems in cloud-first environments.

Hands-on expertise with endpoint security, IAM tools, and MDM solutions.

Strong operational rigor and ability to create scalable, automated processes.
Bonus Points:

Experience supporting compliance needs (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001) from the IT perspective.

Exposure to scripting or automating workflows using Python, Bash, or other tools.
