R1233 – Product Manager, Growth

Location: Remote within the US. Strong preference will be given to candidates in the Eastern Time Zone, preferably near Boston.

About the role:

Aura is actively seeking a Product Manager, Growth to champion the vision and roadmap for our next-generation digital security solution. Your core mission will be to drive acquisition into our web application, partnering directly with growth leads across the business to drive key metrics such as funnel conversion, average order value, and total revenue. This pivotal role is essential for scaling Aura's user base and business impact.

 

Key Skills:

  • Test and Learn Mindset: Outcome-oriented, hypothesis-driven, and adept at using empirical evidence from continuous A/B testing and user feedback.
  • User Empathy: Ability to deliver value quickly and seamlessly to users, understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Influential Communication – this is an extremely cross functional role and requires a communication style that facilitates team collaboration, quick decisions, and team alignment
  • Deep Detail Orientation & Comfort with Complexity: Navigating complex flows and pricing offerings, being deeply curious about the details of customer interactions

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead product growth strategy and development of Aura’s next-gen digital security solution on web, in particular across web enrollment and internal enrollment CMS. 
  • Develop the product roadmap in line with overall business prioritization, working with marketing, technical, design, data/analytics, customer service, legal, and security teams
  • Rigorously hypothesize, measure, and learn from tests, constantly iterating based on insights.
  • Translate customer pain points into a clear vision with explicit product requirements, with an eye to responsive desktop and mobile web product design
  • Clearly communicate roadmap and test calendar, and manage senior stakeholders through the full product lifecycle from definition through testing and feature release
  • Be incredibly truth-seeking. Collect whatever data is necessary to inform product direction, whether in the form of competitive intel, user behavior, testing, or other business metrics. 
  • Monitor and measure launched products and feed insights back into the product testing and development process 

 

What you bring to the table:

  • 3-5 years of consumer product management experience, with at least 2-3 years of experience in direct to consumer acquisition
  • Experience with A/B testing technologies
  • Great communication skills and proven experience managing a complex network of stakeholders
  • Obsession with details and data-driven decision making

Anticipated pay range for this position is $160,000 – $185,000, but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
