Aqua Security is looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a 6-month contract with potential opportunity to extend. This is a hybrid position reporting into our US Headquarters in Burlington, MA 2 days per week.

• Own the full cycle recruiting process to include initial sourcing through offer stage
• Strong focus on developing pipelines of passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research
• Be an advocate for both hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process, establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow through
• Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates within the organization’s applicant tracking system (Sparkhire)
• Foster an environment of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continued learning where ideas for improvement are championed and continually explored
