Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Own a research portfolio, working closely with clients, project managers, and our Research Operations team to execute complex qualitative research studies from inception to completion
• Lead complex, mixed methods, moderated and unmoderated UX research studies
• Quickly produce high-quality research reports with actionable data-driven insights and recommendations
• Consolidate and summarize the findings from other UX Researchers into one cohesive report
• Work together with clients, project managers, and sales teams to drive future research strategy
