As a Sales Program Manager we are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual who will drive productivity and scale our Sales organization by leveraging cutting-edge Generative AI and advanced data insights. This role will be pivotal in embedding intelligence into the sales workflow, turning complex data into actionable strategies that enable our representatives to prioritize, engage, and close deals more effectively. You will be a key partner with our Sales, RevOps and Enablement teams, translating business needs into programmatic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Generative AI solutions and workflows to automate and enhance core sales activities (e.g., account prioritization, account research, personalized outreach, content creation).

Lead the creation and execution of the Generative AI strategy for the Sales team, defining best practices, finding and refining optimal tools for various use cases, governance, and measurement of impact.

Utilize advanced data tools (e.g., Perplexity or similar AI search/insight tools) to surface both general and solution-specific account signals for Sales, enabling reps to prioritize high-potential accounts and opportunities.

Manage the prioritization and rollout of “Sneak Peek” insights (or similar early-stage data flags) to the sales team, ensuring timely and relevant application in outreach and sales motions.

Leverage advanced AI research capabilities (e.g., Gemini Deep Research or equivalent) to deliver deep and wide account insights and buyer intelligence, reducing manual research time for reps.

Analyze the sales pipeline and CRM data to proactively identify pipeline gaps and assist reps in locating the highest potential accounts and opportunities to pursue, thereby maintaining a healthy sales funnel.

Create prescriptive, high-impact Value Selling Prep packages for sales representatives. This includes formulating a strong hypothesis on how our Applause solutions can specifically help a buyer, crafting clear differentiation points, and providing tailored persona-based messaging.

Develop and standardize personalized, AI-informed outbound cadences tailored for different buyer personas from different sales roles, including Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Account Executives (AEs), and Executive Sponsors/Sales Leaders.

Build an effective, data-backed early stage call guide to equip sellers with the right questions, messaging, stories and positioning for initial calls with new buyers, maximizing discovery and qualification success.
Job Requirements and Preferred Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales Operations, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or a similar function in a B2B Services or SaaS environment.

Proven experience working with Generative AI tools (LLMs) and programmatic solutions to drive business outcomes.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft), and reporting/BI tools.

Developed understanding of modern sales methodologies (e.g., Value Selling, MEDDPICC) and the sales cycle.

Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Data science skills and experience are a plus.

Experience in designing and building AI Agents is a plus.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $110,000-$170,000
