Brief Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Events Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of a strategic event program aimed at driving business growth, enhancing customer experiences, and building brand awareness. This role will focus on planning, coordinating, and executing high-impact events across various sectors, including Government, Health Systems, Health Plans, and other healthcare organizations, all aligned with the company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be a strong organizer, creative thinker, and excellent project manager capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, as well as executive stakeholders, and regional field teams.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Event Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, detailing timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Customer and Market Engagement: Create innovative event experiences that drive customer awareness, adoption, engagement, and demand conversion.
  • Budget and Vendor Management: Manage event budgets and timelines, negotiate contracts and ensure quality service delivery from vendors and venues.
  • Sales Integration: Collaborate with sales leaders to drive pipeline generation and customer engagement through events.
  • Event Marketing and Promotion: Drive engagement through a combination of earned media, email campaigns, promotional materials.
  • On-Site Operations Management: Oversee on-site event logistics, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Program Evolution & Insights: Leverage data and analytics to refine event programs, ensuring memorable experiences that resonate with audiences and inform future strategies.
  • Executive Reporting: Provide regular executive-level reports on event performance, ROI, and the impact on business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, including organizing internal events such as Sales Kickoffs and Sales Clubs.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships effectively.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering collaborative relationships across departments.
  • Experience in organizing healthcare-related events is preferred.

The typical base salary range for this position is $76000- $104500. The actual salary offer will ultimately depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, relevant education, experience, complexity or specialization of talent, and other objective factors. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus based on a combination of company performance and employee performance. Long-term incentive and short-term variable compensation may be offered as part of the compensation package dependent on the role. Some roles may be commission based, in which case the total compensation will be based on a commission and the above range may not be an accurate representation of total compensation.
