Brief Overview:
As an Engagement Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across a portfolio of customers. In addition, you’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team to help our customers reach and exceed their marketing goals, while also driving visit revenue for Amwell.
You will be responsible for developing consumer and member engagement strategy, sharing data-driven best practices, creating robust marketing plans, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for multiple solutions.
This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and a collaborative style that brings people together across multiple disciplines.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for your designated customers, ensuring high quality work and keeping production and deliverables on track.
- Manage the creation, execution and maintenance of digital, print and web marketing assets.
- Compile reports that illustrate campaign performance and draw actionable insights to share with stakeholders.
- Participate in internal engagement marketing meetings.
- Develop slides and other marketing collateral for customer presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams on customer campaigns to gain an understanding of virtual care marketing strategies, value drivers, and personas.
- Create project plans and manage the delivery of high-quality marketing materials across multiple channels, ensuring all deliverables are on time.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product suite and create marketing/communication programs that support an exceptional end-to-end user experience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or business
• 1-3 years of marketing experience – health insurance experience a plus
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Command of Microsoft business tools (Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
• Experience using Asana project management tool preferred
• Experience with marketing technologies (email automation, marketing analytics, etc.)

The typical base salary range for this position is $65,000- $89,000. The actual salary offer will ultimately depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, relevant education, experience, complexity or specialization of talent, and other objective factors. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus based on a combination of company performance and employee performance. Long-term incentive and short-term variable compensation may be offered as part of the compensation package dependent on the role. Some roles may be commission based, in which case the total compensation will be based on a commission and the above range may not be an accurate representation of total compensation.
