This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.

We’re looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive who can take our innovative onboarding platform to market and close new business with RIAs, broker-dealers, and enterprise wealth firms. You’ll be selling a cutting-edge SaaS solution, backed by a proven leadership team and a product already making waves with top-tier firms.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close across mid-market wealth management firms.
  • Conduct discovery, tailored demos, and consultative sales conversations that highlight ROI and platform differentiation.
  • Build strong relationships with heads of operations, technology leaders, and compliance executives within target firms.
  • Partner with marketing and sales enablement to fine-tune messaging, outbound campaigns, and sales materials.
  • Forecast accurately and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer—collaborate with product to inform roadmap priorities based on prospect feedback.

What You Bring to the Table: 

  • You’ve sold something that didn’t sell itself—whether that was a brand-new product, a disruptive technology, or a challenger brand.
  • You’re a builder, not just a seller. You thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and love figuring things out on the fly.
  • You know how to tell a compelling story and can break down complex ideas into simple, valuable insights for prospects.
  • You’re a competitor. Whether it’s quota, rankings, or winning deals against big-name competitors—you play to win.
  • You have 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or wealth management sales—startup experience is a big plus.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $140,000 + Commission
