This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.
As a Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling and optimizing our go-to-market engine. You’ll manage systems, data flows, campaign execution support, and performance tracking across our marketing tech stack. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is passionate about operational excellence, revenue impact, and the infrastructure behind great marketing.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
- Marketing Tech Stack & Automation: Lead the day-to-day management and optimization of our core marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Google Analytics). Establish best practices for email setup, list management, and campaign execution. Support website updates and performance tracking via HubSpot.
- Campaign Execution Support: Partner with demand generation and content teams to build and QA email campaigns, nurture programs, lead scoring models, and workflows.
- Data Governance: Ensure clean, compliant, and unified marketing data across systems. Maintain lead lifecycle tracking, contact segmentation, and integrations.
- Performance Reporting: Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that highlight campaign performance, funnel health, and key insights for both Marketing and Sales. Collaborate with demand generation managers to track, analyze, and optimize campaign effectiveness across channels.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and continuously improve campaign operations, lead flow, attribution, and tracking methodologies.
- Sales Alignment: Work closely with Sales to align on MQL/SQL definitions, ensure smooth lead handoffs, and maintain clear funnel metrics. Collaborate with Sales leadership to build dashboards, generate pipeline reports, and support processes that drive visibility and accountability.
- Testing & QA: Proactively test marketing programs across systems and troubleshoot issues in real time—emails, forms, UTM tracking, scoring, etc.
- Compliance & Security: Help ensure marketing practices adhere to privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and internal data security standards.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3–5 years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or demand generation at a high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech company.
- Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), HubSpotCRM, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) .
- Solid understanding of email best practices, lead management processes, funnel metrics, and attribution models.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset—you’re comfortable interpreting data and turning it into actionable insights.
- Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and quickly adapt to changing tools, processes, or priorities.
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience in the wealth management, fintech, or financial services industry.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
- Experience building or maintaining lead scoring models and ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense).

The estimated base salary range for this position is $95,000– $110,000.
