Who You Are 
As the VP of Enterprise Sales, you are a growth-minded sales leader with a strong background in SaaS and fintech. You’re passionate about helping clients solve real business challenges through innovative technology. You thrive in high-impact environments and know how to lead complex sales cycles with enterprise clients. You bring a collaborative mindset and work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive results. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Develop & Execute Enterprise Sales Strategy: Own and execute the sales plan for acquiring and growing enterprise accounts across the wealth management space. 
  • Lead Complex Sales Cycles: Drive full-cycle enterprise sales from sourcing through close, with a focus on new logo acquisition. 
  • Build and Nurture Client Relationships: Develop deep, strategic relationships with key decision-makers at financial services firms. 
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver an exceptional client experience from first conversation to onboarding. 
  • Identify Market Opportunities: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor moves to shape messaging and GTM strategies. 
  • Represent the Brand: Attend conferences, events, and networking engagements to grow Advisor360°’s presence and pipeline. 

What You Bring 

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or B2B sales, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth 
  • Expertise in selling into complex organizations with long sales cycles 
  • Demonstrated success closing high-value deals and meeting aggressive sales goals 
  • Ability to communicate value and influence C-level stakeholders and decision-makers 
  • Cross-functional experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success 
  • Familiarity with the financial services and wealth management industry is strongly preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
