Job Brief

You’re an experienced frontend engineer who thrives on building elegant, performant user interfaces that enhance the user experience. You’re fluent in modern JavaScript frameworks and have a strong eye for detail, design, and usability. You enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, and mentoring others to drive continuous improvement.  

Here’s What You’ll do

• Design and develop modern, scalable web applications using git, JavaScript, Vue, Vite, Vitest and TailwindCSS 
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences  
• Own the resolution of bugs end-to-end: triage, prioritization, and release 
• Translate UX designs into high-quality, responsive code  
• Build and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries  
• Node.js development integrating with meeting services (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and Webex) 
• Champion best practices in frontend architecture, performance, and accessibility  
• Conduct code reviews, share knowledge, and mentor junior team members  
• Actively participate in the decision-making process for adopting new technologies, standards, and processes 

What You Bring to the Table

• 8–10 years of experience developing customer-facing web applications
• Strong git workflow practices including meaningful commit messages and well organized merge requests
• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks (Vue preferred)
• Experience building SPAs and working with REST and WebSocket APIs
• Familiarity with Node.js and full-stack development environments
• Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
• Experience working in agile environments

Nice to Haves

• Experience with ProseMirror and/or TipTap 
• Experience with docker and bash scripting 
• Experience with serverless, cloud-native architectures 
• Experience with AWS or other cloud providers 
• Experience building or maintaining browser extensions 
• Understanding of modern web application architectures (DNS, load balancers, caches, WAF, etc) 
• Experience with Python 
• Experience with Protocol Buffers
