Job Brief
Advisor360° is seeking a creative and collaborative Senior Manager, Design and Creative to help bring our brand to life across every channel. As a player-coach, you’ll produce standout visual work while leading a small team of visual designers. In addition, you will manage contractors and agencies working on a project basis. In this role, you will execute high-quality creative based on the company’s evolving brand strategy—supporting campaign development, content marketing, executive communications, and more.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute impactful design solutions that support strategic initiatives and shape the visual expression of the Advisor360° brand. This role is key to setting creative direction, ensuring visual consistency, brand integrity, and design excellence across internal and external channels. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for design, and enjoys balancing leadership with hands-on creation.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
- Lead Visual Design Projects: From ads and videos to pitch decks, sales presentations and landing pages, you’ll design visually compelling assets that support brand storytelling, growth campaigns, and product marketing.
- Brand Management: Guide the visual identity of Advisor360°, ensuring visual consistency and quality across all internal and external touchpoints.
- Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the CMO and broader marketing team to evolve brand standards and develop visual strategies that align with business goals.
- Asset Ownership: Maintain and organize our design system and asset libraries, including logos, iconography, templates, and brand guidelines.
- Mentor & Manage: Provide creative direction, feedback, and professional development for junior designers and contractors; assign, prioritize, and track incoming requests across the team; manage assignments and timelines for our creative agency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content, product, sales, and web teams to deliver assets that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Web & UX Enhancements: Design and propose updates to the corporate website and digital properties to enhance brand storytelling and user experience.
- Video & Motion: Lead the visual direction of product explainers, brand videos, and animations through storyboarding, production, and editing support.
- Internal Communications: Support internal design requests (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, business cards, event signage, team swag) that contribute to a unified, on-brand experience.
What You Bring to the Table:
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent
- 7+ years of professional design experience, including brand management or team leadership in a B2B, SaaS, or fintech environment
- A strong portfolio that showcases versatility in layout, typography, and storytelling across digital and print media
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Experience with PowerPoint and web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, WordPress)
- Strong ability to balance hands-on design with team leadership and project prioritization
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, feedback-driven mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to brand consistency, and the ability to deliver high-quality creative under tight deadlines
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
