Visual Designer

Job Description

We’re looking for a Visual Designer to join our Product team and define the look, feel, and visual identity of our Agentic Security Platform. This role is focused on craft, polish, and aesthetics — shaping a product that feels modern, cohesive, and world-class. You’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering, but your primary ownership is how the product looks, feels, and communicates visually. 7AI is building a new category in AI-native security — and this role will help define what that category looks like.

What You’ll Do

• Design high-fidelity UI across the platform, from dashboards to complex workflows

• Define and evolve the visual language of the product (typography, color, spacing, iconography, motion)

• Turn low-fidelity mockups into polished, production-ready interfaces

• Create beautiful, modern, and highly legible designs for data-heavy and technical surfaces

• Partner with Product + Engineering to bring designs to life with high visual quality

• Raise the bar on craft and attention to detail across the product

• Contribute to and refine our design system, with a focus on visual consistency and quality

• Produce assets, components, and specs that ensure pixel-perfect implementation

• Help shape the overall brand expression inside the product experience

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in visual design, UI design, or product design with a strong visual focus

• A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual craft (typography, layout, color, hierarchy)

• Strong ability to design clean, modern interfaces for complex or data-rich products

• High proficiency in tools like Figma (or similar)

• A sharp eye for detail — you care deeply about spacing, alignment, and polish

• Experience building or contributing to design systems with a visual focus

• Ability to take direction and feedback and quickly iterate toward stronger visual outcomes

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment
