Well-being In Focus

We invest in employee well-being and create the space for employees to pursue their personal commitments to well-being. In addition to robust mental health benefits and well-being benefits, we host a monthly optional well-being series designed to engage employees on their personal well being journey - anything from a habits hacking session to a healthy cooking session to mindfulness could be on the menu for the month. We also host semi-annual Nayya Health Days designed for employees to pursue their commitment to well-being.
