Gabriel Pascualy leads product at Ketryx, where he’s focused on a problem that’s kept regulated industries cautious about AI adoption: how do you automate compliance-heavy workflows without losing the traceability that regulators require?
His approach centers on building AI agents that work transparently alongside engineers—with rigorous evals, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop oversight—rather than black-box copilots that regulated teams can’t audit or trust. The result: tasks that used to take days now take hours, while maintaining the documentation and traceability that regulators demand. Today, Ketryx serves four of the top five medical device manufacturers.
Gabriel’s path to AI product management ran through cybersecurity research at MITRE, drug manufacturing at Amgen, and an MSc/MBA at MIT—a combination that shaped his risk-based approach to AI validation in industries where patient safety is non-negotiable.
