CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Sean brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare technology and services to his role as Chief Executive Officer. He is ultimately responsible for the strategy, growth, and profitability of the organization, as well as board and investor relations.
Prior to joining Arcadia, Sean was senior vice president of healthcare at Nuance Communications, responsible for the $500MM Healthcare Information Management business, as well as healthcare client management. He came to Nuance through the acquisition of Webmedx, a clinical documentation service and technology provider, which he led as CEO for nine years, culminating in a sustained #1 ranking by KLAS. Webmedx was also regularly named in the Health Informatics Top 100, and had multiple employer of the year designations.
Sean has led a number of other healthcare companies in his career, including TransQuick, the first national provider of Emergency Medicine transcription services with integrated speech recognition, and Rodeer Systems, which acquired TransQuick.
HEATHER TRAFTON, MBA, PA-C
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Heather Trafton, MBA, PA-C is the Chief Operating Officer at Arcadia. She oversees every aspect of the Arcadia customer experience, from technical implementations to innovative partner programs. Heather brings in depth knowledge of value-based contracts and population health strategies with a proven history as a strong leader at a nationally integrated health system. Her experience will enable Arcadia to provide customers the support they need to drive value and achieve success in value-based contracts. Heather trained as a physician assistant in surgery and critical care and has thirteen plus years of clinical experience. The combination of her clinical and business backgrounds gives her valuable knowledge and an in-depth understanding of how to succeed under risk-bearing contracts.
Previously, Heather was the Senior Vice President and COO of National Operations at Steward Health Care Network (SHCN). SHCN remains one of the largest Risk-Bearing Provider/Accountable Care Organizations in the country, operating in 11 states with 5500 contracted physicians serving 2.1 million paneled lives. SCHN also operates a Health Plan for 400K lives covered by four products in two states. Heather led network-wide performance at Steward to high value in risk based contracts.
At SCHN, Heather drove operations across six states for both the ACO and Health Plan. She led a team of over 500 employees in a complex and matrixed organization, where she was responsible for provider engagement and field operations, clinical programs for both physical and behavioral health, population health programs, performance improvement in quality, risk adjustment and patient experience. Heather guided operational performance improvement for payer-based risk contracts, driving the critical linkage between budget drivers and organizational efforts to improve quality, reduce risk and reduce unnecessary and preventable resource expenditures for both the ACO and Health Plan. She also developed operational strategies in collaboration with business unit leads to achieve yearly budget and performance metrics, and worked to improve overall quality across payers, leading the network in identifying and closing gaps in care.
Heather joined Arcadia as an accomplished and well-regarded clinical leader with years of experience in operating under value based care, extensive experience operating a managed services organization, and a hands-on understanding of how to use the Arcadia Analytics platform to drive outcomes at a massive scale. She led a partnership between Arcadia and SHCN to develop new capabilities and oversaw the rollout of Arcadia Analytics across a massive network. Her initiatives to implement new technology and improved workflows at the site of care improved overall risk adjustment across populations, and her initiatives around care management, care coordination and transitions of care across populations and across sites of care supported improved health outcomes, lower unnecessary utilization and improved patient experience. She looks forward to working with other innovative Arcadia customers across the country.
Heather has an MBA, Healthcare Concentration from George Washington University and an MS in Physician Assistant Studies from Northeastern University. She earned an undergraduate degree in biochemistry from Bridgewater State University.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Chief Financial Officer Loretta Keane leads all financial operations at Arcadia, shepherding the company through rapid growth. Loretta is an accomplished senior financial executive with over 20 years of CFO leadership experience at high growth software and technology-enabled service companies. A transformational CFO, she has partnered with CEOs and executive management teams to set strategy, scale businesses, and achieve top-line growth, while expanding profitability and creating enterprise value for stakeholders.
Prior to joining Arcadia, Loretta was the CFO for Clarity Software Solutions, Healthrageous, and Decision Recources Group (DRG.) She earned her CPA at PWC, serving in both the Boston and London offices.
Loretta is active in Financial Executives International, CFO Leadership, and has lectured at Bentley University.
DR. RICHARD PARKER
CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER
Dr. Parker serves as Chief Medical Officer for Arcadia with overall responsibility for the design and implementation of clinical strategies, input into the roadmap and development of Arcadia’s technology and service programs, thought leadership in support of providers transitioning to value-based care, and strategic advisory work for physician leaders at Arcadia’s clients.
Previously, Dr. Parker was an internist with a 30-year history at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. From 2001 until 2015, Dr. Parker served as the medical director and chief medical officer for the 2,200 doctor Beth Israel Deaconess Care Organization. He oversaw the physician network evolve from a fee-for-service payment system to a nationally recognized global payment pioneer Accountable Care Organization. Dr. Parker’s other areas of expertise include end of life care, medical malpractice, care of the mentally ill, electronic medical records, and population health management. Dr. Parker served as assistant professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Parker graduated from Harvard College in 1978, and the Dartmouth-Brown Program in Medicine in 1985.
Dr. Parker is an in-demand speaker to associations, companies, and academic institutions on the topics of population health management, electronic health records, value-based care, and evolutionary, medical and business impacts of stress.
CHIEF INNOVATION AND STRATEGY OFFICER
Michael is responsible for Arcadia’s overall product and services portfolio. His healthcare consulting experience includes architecting and overseeing large-scale, multi-vendor health IT projects with budgets over $100 million. He has a detailed understanding of the nuances in integrating data and technology in a healthcare environment and how those changes can affect the patient and provider experience.
Michael is also the chief author of Arcadia’s methodology for integrating clinical and claims data to support data-driven medical home projects, shared-savings payment models, and accountable care initiatives.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Tufts University.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
As Chief Technology Officer, Jon is responsible for guiding the company’s technological vision and leading the internal engineering and infrastructure teams.
A technology leader with more than 20 years of experience building, leading, and motivating teams, Jon is uniquely skilled in providing leadership over information technology, while addressing strategic business and clinical goals and opportunities. Prior to Arcadia, Jon served as Deputy Chief Information Officer for the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), where he provided leadership over information technology, served as an enterprise architect, and transformed legacy systems into a dynamic, scalable infrastructure. During his tenure at NCQA, Jon also developed the HEDIS data collection format and systems used by the top 300-400 health plans in the United States, which in turn covers more than 170 million lives. He was also apart of the team that developed NCQA’s first online accreditation system for health plans.
Jon received his Bachelor’s degree in English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh. He also received his Federal Chief Information Officer Certificate from Carnegie Mellon University/Federal CIO University in Arlington, Virginia.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Nick Stepro is the Senior Vice President of Product Management at Arcadia Healthcare Solutions, where he leads the design of the next wave of advanced healthcare analytics applications – including Arcadia Analytics, which has been praised as having one of the best user interfaces in the industry. He has worked with large health systems and payers to design and execute on innovative clinical integration and business intelligence strategies to drive improved health outcomes and reduced system costs.
Nick believes in good design and data visualization. When combined with focused expertise in analytics, healthcare and business process, the results are intuitive data-driven applications that empower users to dramatically improve the way they run their businesses. His data visualization work has been covered on NPR, U.S. News and World Report, Medical Ethics Advisor, and elsewhere. Becker’s Health IT and CIO Review recently named him one of “31 Health IT and Revenue Cycle Whiz Kids” to watch. He has spoken at Medcity CONVERGE, AMIA, and HIMSS and has been a guest lecturer on data visualization at Georgia Tech. In December 2016, he was the closing speaker at the CCO Oregon Cost of Care conference.

BRIAN CROEGAERT, RN BSN
SVP, VALUE BASED CARE SERVICES
Brian leads the Managed Care line of business for Arcadia. He has 30 years experience developing solutions that improve results across a variety of healthcare delivery systems. His areas of expertise include detailed knowledge of clinical integration, and the application of medical data and information technology to enhance the delivery and outcomes of clinical care.
His holistic understanding of healthcare environments is informed by the front-line experiences he had as an R.N., before becoming an executive. Brian joined Sage Technologies at its founding in 1999, serving as Chief Operating Officer before being named CEO. Additional areas of expertise include complex care management, care protocols, operational efficiency, payer systems and functions, and information technology.
VICE PRESIDENT, PARTNER PROGRAMS
Anna leads strategic partnership programs at Arcadia, where she is responsible for defining program direction and leading collaborative execution to expand the impact of Arcadia’s products. Anna has worked with Arcadia clients across the country to develop and execute strategies to succeed in value-based care. She has deep experience supporting healthcare organizations as they implement effective enterprise-level programs to improve quality, manage cost and utilization, and drive accuracy risk-adjusted payments.
Anna has managed implementation and client services work at Arcadia and at Deloitte Consulting; her past work has included numerous programs around health system quality measurement and improvement under ACO and risk-based contracts, initiatives aimed at improving accuracy and completeness of documentation for risk adjustment, state health insurance exchange implementations, Patient Centered Medical Home transformations, Health Information Exchange strategy and analytics, and large-scale health IT implementations.
Anna received her Bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College.
As Arcadia’s Senior Vice President of Growth, Michael Meucci built and leads a high-performing sales and marketing organization that has exceeded its goals for three consecutive years. Arcadia’s strong and continued growth in its core and adjacent markets is driven by the team’s focus on building successful, sustainable customer partnerships that drive real value.
Michael is responsible for new business sales, account expansion, marketing, and partnership development. He serves as an executive sponsor for programs at multiple national IDNs focused on sustainable healthcare transformation. His depth of industry and technical knowledge combined with his strategic mindset have allowed him to forge strong relationships with leaders at many of the largest and most innovative organizations in healthcare. Michael has built a growth organization that can execute on those aligned strategic visions, from initial engagement through successful implementation through ongoing partnership and collaboration.
Michael developed Arcadia’s go-to-market engine by hiring a team of sales executives and operational support personnel, expanding the marketing function, and implementing a training program and enablement assets that support repeatable on-boarding and talent development. He is an active, engaged mentor to many Arcadians, drawing on his own experiences to help develop and nurture emerging executive talent.
Before stepping into his current role, Michael led regional sales at Arcadia, where he established a sales strategy that reintroduced Arcadia to the market as a technology company with a services heritage. In addition to delivering strong individual contributions with the acquisition and expansion of strategic accounts, Michael led Arcadia in defining its market and building foundational assets for a repeatable and scalable go-to-market strategy that would sustain continued topline growth and gross margin expansion.
Michael recently celebrated his 10th year at Arcadia. His past roles have included managing, launching, and sunsetting legacy Arcadia products, developing and managing strategic healthcare transformation programs, and serving as a solution engineer bridging finance, operations, sales, and product functions. These experiences continue to shape his approach today, as he works to ensure that his growth team forges effective cross-functional collaborations to deliver on customer expectations and goals.
Michael previously served as the Product Manager at Linkwell Health, patient engagement company backed by Spark and HLM Venture Partners, where he supported the build, marketing and launch of Linkwell’s online engagement platform. He also worked at Monitor Group, an international strategy consulting firm now owned by Deloitte.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Entrepreneurial Leadership from Tufts University. Outside of the office, he is an avid “plant dad” and self-proclaimed gear-head who can often be found tinkering with automotive projects. His creative home automation projects are supported by his very patient partner, with whom he collects modern Italian furniture and flat works from contemporary American artists.

We’re growing rapidly at Arcadia, and Tammi Pirri is on a mission to ensure every Arcadian is engaged and empowered to grow along with us. As Vice President of People at Arcadia, Tammi leads a People Operations team focused on recruiting awesome new Arcadians and supporting each employee with the environment, resources, and professional development they need to ensure our customers are successful.

Tammi’s People Operations team is just as committed to the success of all Arcadians. Tammi leads Arcadia’s people strategy, building our teams for success as we continue our high-growth trajectory. Her team spearheads initiatives to create a fun, healthy, and high-performing organizational culture, recruit highly-talented new Arcadians, and ensure all Arcadians are empowered with the resources they need to deliver exceptional work.
Tammi has deep experience building high impact cultures that engage and empower the smart, driven people who fuel high growth technology companies like Arcadia. She scaled marketing analytics leader Klaviyo and real estate website marketplace Placester, where she led two M&A acquisitions. She was also instrumental in scaling Black Duck Software from a small startup to a global enterprise platform.
Tammi’s culture-building work has been acclaimed, with one of her emerging growth companies awarded the prestigious Top Workplaces award from The Boston Globe. This difficult-to-achieve commendation is based on objective third-party analytics and wholly anonymous employee feedback and reflects Tammi’s work in creating strong, engaged organizations where employees are customer-focused and metric-driven.
In building these strong organizations, Tammi has developed deep experience with effective, analytics-driven talent acquisition strategies that ensure high-growth technology companies can find and recruit the top-tier talent they need to continue to lead their markets. Similarly, her expertise in building learning-centric cultures helps reduce attrition and grow internal leaders. Tammi’s focus on retaining and developing employees enables high-growth companies to scale their capabilities effectively across a growing customer base while creating new opportunities for employee growth.
VICE PRESIDENT, ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE AND SECURITY
Bob leads and coordinates the implementation, adoption, training and production support teams, working across both our Technology and MSO Services teams. Bob and his teams work to ensure the quality, efficiency, and speed of Arcadia’s implementation and support processes to meet the demands and satisfaction of our customers nationwide.
Bob has more than 20 years of experience developing and implementing strategic technology solutions to the healthcare industry. He has led teams that have implemented, secured, optimized, and supported EHR systems, covering more than 10,000 providers. Clients have included some of the largest provider networks in the country. Bob also provided leadership in the creation of the Managed Services organization at Arcadia. This team has achieved greater than 95% service level attainment under Bob’s leadership.
Over the course of his career, Bob has also provided information security consulting services, including the implementation of a security program at a large Midwest payer, and architecture services for a top 10 bank, that included the design and implementation of multi-factor authentication services for both commercial and personal online banking services.
Bob studied Mathematics at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Outside Arcadia, Bob can be found working on various home improvement projects, hacking away at a drum kit, and being the best dad he can be to his two girls.
