What we do

Exol* is pioneering warehousing-as-a-service, offering outsourced warehousing operations, and specializing in automated warehousing solutions. Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across all sectors, such as wholesale, retail, and general merchandising.

What you’ll do

  • Program Architecture: Manage complex, cross-functional programs for new and existing facility launches, plus sophisticated ASRS and physical retrofits.

  • Operational Readiness: Orchestrate all readiness activities, coordinating across Senior Operations Leadership, Construction, and Workplace Health & Safety to ensure seamless project transitions.

  • Process Standardization: Develop and lead the implementation of scalable mechanisms and blueprints that eliminate churn and standardize execution across the network.

  • Project Execution: Lead end-to-end execution for warehousing facilities 1M+ square feet, overseeing sophisticated mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.

  • Stakeholder Management: Own program communication, presenting project status, metrics, and strategic recommendations to leadership teams while driving crisp decision-making.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Influence internal and external stakeholders without formal authority to drive adoption of management initiatives.

  • Strategic Problem Solving: Identify and resolve high-impact launch blockers, balancing tactical site-level execution with long-term strategic planning

What we need

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in program management or leading large-scale industrial launches (reflecting seniority over the base 3+ years).

  • Safety Certification: Deep functional knowledge of OSHA regulations with an active OSHA 30-hour certification (General Industry or Construction) preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proven experience building project schedules, managing complex budgets, and using data/metrics to drive improvements.

  • Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a tight schedule environment.

  • Communication: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to communicate complex results to senior leadership

Preferred

  • Advanced Experience: Direct experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment involving heavy automation.

  • Specialized Knowledge: Background in construction project management, real estate development, or architecture and design.

  • Process Improvement: Strong track record of driving automation, standardization, and repeatable processes.
