What we need

Exol is seeking an experienced, strategically minded, and creative B2B Marketing Manager who can translate technical innovation into market shaping narratives and revenue-generating GTM strategies. You’ll lead launches, craft compelling stories, shape analysts and media perceptions, and ensure our leadership in a competitive logistics landscape. This is a high visibility, high impact individual contributor role for someone who can think strategically and execute with precision. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Demand Generation.

Exol* is pioneering fulfillment-as-a-service, offering outsourced warehousing operations and specializing in automated warehousing solutions. Our focus is on the efficient movement of goods in cases and pallets across all sectors, such as CPG, food and beverage, wholesale, and retail.

What we do

The Marketing Team is part of the Commercial Organization and plays a critical role in driving revenue and growth by building awareness of the Exol brand and generating pipelines to support sales.

What you’ll do

Strategic GTM & Sales Enablement

  • ICP Definition: In partnership with Revenue Operations, define and refine the ideal customer profile, buyer personas, and priority segments to guide product strategy and go-to-market focus.
  • GTM Strategy & Execution: Lead end-to-end launch moments, defining the market opportunity and the rollout plan.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop high-impact narratives that differentiate us in a crowded B2B landscape.
  • Sales Enablement: Arm our sales team with the tools they need to win—pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, and ROI calculators.
  • Market Intelligence: Act as the internal expert on our competitors and industry trends. If a competitor shifts their strategy, you’re the first to know and respond.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive cross-functional alignment

Content, Campaigns & Events

  • Architect a content engine that produces visionary white papers, blogs, and case studies that speak directly to our target buyers.
  • Own the messaging for major industry trade shows. You ensure every booth graphic and keynote presentation is cohesive and compelling.
  • Partner with Demand Gen to ensure campaigns are fueled by deep buyer insights.
  • Manage relationships with analyst firms to ensure we are accurately and favorably positioned in market reports.
  • Manage public relations efforts and collaborate with external agencies as needed.
  • Partner with Demand Generation team on strategic ways to work with customers and partners to support our goals.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing experience within a B2B technology company (robotics, automation, supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software preferred).
  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles in a B2B environment and the C-level business executive audience (high-touch, long-tail consultative sales environment).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including interviewing, writing, and editing; ability to write creative, storytelling copy and choose effective visuals. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems ( Hubspot). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, including templates, themes, and Quick Styles.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong project management skills: ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Our Environment

  • Up to 25% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations. 
  • The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
