International Women’s Day 2026 – How Tech Companies are Recognizing the Day

In recognition of International Women’s Day and this year’s theme #GiveToGain, we reached out to companies asking the following question:

How is your company recognizing International Women’s Day?

Here are their responses.

Over the past year, Vestmark’s women’s group has led initiatives aimed at fostering a welcoming and empowering workplace culture. In recognition of National Women’s Day 2025, the group hosted a company-wide event encouraging employees to write letters to women who have made an impact in their lives, resulting in more than 100 heartfelt messages being shared!

In December, several employees attended the Massachusetts Conference for Women and later hosted a panel to share key insights and reflections with colleagues. The conference offered valuable networking opportunities and career development seminars.

In March, Vestmark employees were also given the opportunity to attend the virtual Conference for Women and listen to speakers from all over the U.S. This was a great opportunity for remote employees to experience what the Conference for Women has to offer!

Next year, Vestmark plans to double our participation, further strengthening our commitment to professional growth. Vestmark remains dedicated to creating a supportive environment where every individual, regardless of gender, is supported in reaching their full potential.

In honor of International Women’s Day, InvoiceCloud is spotlighting real voices across the company, while creating space for meaningful conversations. On LinkedIn, the company is highlighting eight women from its HERoes Women in Leadership ERG sharing their advice to women early in their careers. Internally, InvoiceCloud is hosting an Empower Hour focused on connection and career growth, and leading multiple sessions centered on women’s holistic health and well-being.

On March 11th, we are hosting a hosting a Women’s History Month panel at our headquarters in Boston.  The panel will be moderated by Carolyn Jones of the Boston Business Journal and it features: Hilary Schneider – CEO of SimpliSafe, Rebecca Zavin – CTO of SimpliSafe, Allison MacLeod – CCO of Flywire, Emily Capodilupo – SVP of Research, Algorithms, and Data at WHOOP.

The discussion will explore how leaders build confidence, make high-stakes decisions, and adapt in fast-evolving industries. Panelists will also discuss the importance of mentorship, sponsorship, and community in advancing women’s careers, and reflect on how broader industry shifts—including emerging technologies—are reshaping leadership and the future of work.  Click here to register.

At HealthEdge, we will be celebrating International Women’s Day in several ways: creating a video of our women leaders from around the globe, speaking to #GivetoGain (the 2026 IWD theme); allowing employees to submit shout-outs and dedications to female colleagues that we will then screenshot and share; and a week-long series of events in our India offices around wellness, empowerment and appreciation.

In celebration of International Women’s Day, Wasabi is highlighting the voices and achievements of women across our organization through our Women of Wasabi video series (attached is an example from last year), a Boston HQ luncheon catered by a female-founded restaurant, and a flower bouquet “Bloom Bar.” Throughout the month, we’re also hosting interactive International Women’s Month Challenges with raffles and community-building activities designed to empower and recognize the women who help drive our success.

At Formlabs headquarters in Somerville, with Flour + Flower, we are celebrating the women of Formlabs and local women-owned businesses. Formlings can enjoy sweet treats from Flour Bakery while building floral bouquets for themselves or as gifts for others. Throughout the week, we are also spotlighting and supporting other women-owned businesses through our company lunch program. As Women’s International Day is a worldwide celebration, we are hosting similar events at all our offices around the world!
