Anaqua is seeking a motivated and collaborative Solution Consultant to support our U.S. sales team.

This role serves as the primary product expert during the evaluation phase of the sales cycle, partnering closely with the sales team to demonstrate how Anaqua’s solutions meet both business and technical needs. The Solution Consultant will articulate product value, address technical considerations, and ensure customer confidence through all stages of the sales process. Success in this role requires strong product knowledge, effective communication, and the ability to build trusted relationships with prospective clients.

  • Configure and adapt the sales demo environments to best present Anaqua product(s) to various business use cases in various industry verticals
  • Be responsible for development and delivery of product demonstrations, including data preparation, demo environment configurations, and reports
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to plan, develop, and document customer proposals, technology demonstrations, development requirements and schedules
  • Represent the product to customers and prospects both online, as well as in-person at client locations and field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
  • Partner with sales for the duration of a sales process and maintain strong client relationships
  • Prepare responses to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Translate customer requirements to Product Management teams as well as Technical Consultant teams as the sales process progresses.
  • Translate new product features into internal training and demo support materials, and support training for new staff
  • Travel globally

What you’ll need to be successful:

·       3-5 years relevant experience in software sales or professional services

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with B2B software platforms
  • Strong presentation, written, and communication skills
  • Must have analytical and technical aptitude to communicate technical information in concise manner to clients
  • Must be creative and adaptive to eliminate potential sales obstacles
  • Willingness to learn and gain a strong understanding of the area of intellectual property (any knowledge or experience with Intellectual Property (Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, Domains) is strongly preferred
  • As part of a small team this person must have a positive CAN DO attitude with the ability to creatively maximize efforts and find solutions where needed. Must be a team player with high energy and the ability to work independently.
