About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled React Native Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in designing, building, and testing mobile applications across both iOS and Android platforms to join our Family Product team. This role involves collaborating within a high-performing full-stack development team to create innovative Digital Wellness apps. The engineer will partner with Engineering leadership, Product, Design, and Backend teams to design, develop, and optimize features aimed at rapid customer base growth.
Day to Day:
- Develop new features, improve existing ones, and create user interfaces based on wireframes
- Proactively anticipate technical challenges, propose effective solutions, and evaluate their effectiveness and feasibility
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of core Aura Family product features and underlying technical functionality
- Work closely with both the team and cross-functional partners to develop strong and scalable solutions
- Ensure code is readable, maintainable, testable and well-tested, including authoring unit tests
- Champion and adhere to defined development processes and workflows, actively participating in the ongoing enhancement of our engineering methodologies
- Reviewing code of other mobile software engineers thoughtfully, respectfully, and promptly
- Independently solve the most complex technical problems, serving as a technical leader and point of escalation for challenging issues
What you bring to the table:
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- React Native development skills
- Android/iOS Native development skills
- Experience working with App Store Connect, Google Play Developer Console, and Firebase
- Object oriented programming, data structures, unit testing, scrum, git
- Experience developing IaP flows
- Experience with A/B testing
- BS in Computer Science
It would be great if you also had:
- Experience working in a globally distributed team (our team is located in USA, Europe, and India)
- Java, Kotlin, Swift , Objective-C, macOS development is a plus
- Proven experience of ES6/ES5, ReactJS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 and other frontend related languages

Pay range for this position is $130,000-$185,000, but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
