About the Position:

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships to join our growing team and play a central role in building a vibrant, impactful ecosystem of channel partners. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of programs that not only activate but inspire and engage partner organizations to champion VideaHealth’s AI solutions.

You’ll be the connective tissue between VideaHealth and a diverse range of partners including practice management systems, imaging platforms, distributors, and other organizations that drive innovation in oral care. Your creativity, clarity, and energy will help partners turn belief in our solution into real business results.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends sales enablement, community building, and go-to-market strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure that every partner team is confident, equipped, and excited to drive adoption of VideaHealth’s clinical AI—helping to transform the future of oral health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a community of champions across partner sales, marketing, and customer success teams to fuel adoption, advocacy, and momentum through creative programming and shared wins.

  • Own measurable improvement across partner KPIs such as partner-sourced pipeline, revenue contribution, and activation timeline

  • Manage the full partner lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to activation, co-selling, and renewal.

  • Design and lead partner-facing engagement strategies, including workshops, forums, and resource hubs, that keep Videa top-of-mind and mission-aligned.

  • Develop and execute scalable channel activation programs that drive education, engagement, and sales across our strategic partner ecosystem.

  • Develop and execute partner onboarding plans, sales playbooks, toolkits, and co-branded materials that align with our positioning and target customer segments.

  • Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to translate new features and capabilities into compelling partner-facing messaging and training content.

  • Partner with RevOps and Sales to track and optimize key metrics like lead volume, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates tied to partner activity.

  • Lead internal and partner-facing QBRs to evaluate performance, uncover opportunities, and continuously refine activation strategies.

  • Actively gather field feedback to inform roadmap decisions, GTM priorities, and product-market fit by channel.

  • Create and scale lead registration, deal attribution, and conflict resolution frameworks

  • Be a passionate evangelist for VideaHealth and the future of AI in dentistry at industry events, partner summits, and customer forums

About You:

  • You thrive at the intersection of mission and momentum—you know how to unite stakeholders behind a shared vision and translate that energy into scalable partner success.

  • 4+ years of experience in channel, partner, alliance, ecosystems, or sales enablement roles at a B2B SaaS, healthtech, or vertical software company or other similar experience in channel partner or indirect sales

  • Strong understanding of B2B go-to-market models and indirect sales motions through resellers, distributors, referral partners, and other indirect sales models

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; You’re comfortable leading trainings, fielding questions live, and building credibility quickly with both internal and external audiences.

  • Experience building sales enablement materials, activation programs, or onboarding paths that drive measurable results.

  • High level of product fluency—you’re excited to get hands-on with the product and understand both clinical workflows and business outcomes.

  • Able to navigate and problem solve in ambiguous and fast paced environments while working collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Product.

  • A natural community builder and evangelist—you know how to rally cross-functional teams, partner stakeholders, and end users around a shared vision, using storytelling, creativity, and influence to drive adoption and impact.

  • A passion to utilize your skills to improve the world by positively impacting people’s health!

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in the dental or healthcare technology space

  • Familiarity with common dental platforms (e.g., PMS, imaging software) and dental service providers (e.g., professional education providers, technology management)

  • Track record of building or scaling partner sales programs from scratch

  • Prior work with AI or SaaS platforms in clinical settings
