Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inclusive Design & UX Digital Program Manager to join our organization. As the Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding one of our Client’s internal teams through our inclusive design program. You will be responsible for managing the pipeline of teams ready to embark on the inclusive design journey. Your primary focus will be to provide strategy, coordination, and support to ensure the successful integration of accessibility principles and practices across all teams for a specific client. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accessibility, project management, and a passion for driving inclusivity through a focus on user experience.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a QE Automation Advisor who will provide critical guidance, expertise, and insights in quality engineering with our customers in North America. This is a customer-facing position that will also play a pivotal role in strengthening our internal processes and best practices both pre- and post-sales for automation projects in multiple industry domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on automation strategy and best practices for complex projects through the use of Applause’s automation framework and offerings. This includes leading pre-sales on/offsite visits/meetings, understanding customer requirements, and proposing/delivering packaged offerings or custom solution engagements.
- Maintains a QE mindset and serves as a subject matter expert to build a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to all levels of customer and internal stakeholders, including management and executive leadership.
- Project management, including managing the execution of pilots and projects, stakeholder management, and reporting.
