Tripleseat is the leading cloud-based catering and event management platform trusted by over 18,000 venues, including restaurants, hotels, and unique event spaces. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this leader will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of digital marketing, sales alignment, and data-driven decision-making.

Location:

This role is based in our Concord, MA office, and a hybrid work schedule will be offered.

Travel Expectations:

They will be required to travel to trade and company events to promote Tripleseat. Candidates should anticipate 25-30% travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a scalable demand generation strategy that aligns with Tripleseat’s business objectives and growth targets.

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing demand generation team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the creation and optimization of multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content syndication, and paid media.

  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership to define lead qualification criteria, ensure smooth lead handoff, and optimize the sales funnel.

  • Marketing Technology: Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM and marketing automation platforms, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics to measure campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution, adjusting strategies as needed.

  • Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the demand generation budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to high-impact initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.

  • Proven success designing and executing large-scale, multi-channel marketing programs.

  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, especially cross-functional leadership.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and agile environment.

  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and campaign reporting tools.

  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.

  • Familiarity with content marketing and lead-nurturing best practices.

  • Knowledge of the hospitality or event management industry is a plus.

  • A customer-focused attitude and the ability to build rapport across teams.

Preferred Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within B2B SaaS or technology companies.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation strategies that drive measurable business growth.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.

  • Expertise in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and with senior leadership.

  • Experience managing budgets and forecasting for demand generation initiatives.
