Bevi is on a mission to disrupt the beverage supply chain and replace single-use water bottles with smart water machines. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory. You will play a crucial role in promoting Bevi’s sustainable beverage solutions to a wide range of clients, including offices, hotels, gyms, and other businesses.
Your Day to Day
- Prospecting and Lead Generation-Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, cold office walk-ins, marketing inbounds, networking, and attending industry events.
- Sales Presentations-Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits of Bevi’s solutions.
- Relationship Building-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their hydration goals.
- Sales Process Management-Manage the entire sales process from lead qualification to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Market Analysis-Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaboration-Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM software.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
- Willingness to perform local live visits 1-2 days a week.
- Willingness to to travel 25% of the time.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to set goals and overcome challenges to achieve them.
- Ability to quickly learn through candid coaching conversations and performance data.
- Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of personalities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
