We aren’t the only ones who think our culture is great.
We’re proud of our award-winning culture. Why? Because it means we’re doing something right. Our employees love working here. We encourage our people to share their ideas and suggestions, and we act on them. It’s that simple, and crowdsourced recognition from outside parties such as Great Place to Work and The Boston Globe confirm we are on the right track.
We couldn’t be prouder of our office environment – just like our culture, it’s vibrant, colorful, flexible, and fun. We pride ourselves in encouraging collaboration and creativity through our custom-built space. Meet up in the Workhuman Café for a latte, unwind in our game area, or tuck into a restaurant-style booth for an impromptu meeting. You spend a lot of time in the office, why not love the space you’re in?
I love working in Workhuman because I am given so many opportunities to develop in my career. There are always great opportunities to develop and grow here.
I still pinch myself to see if this is real. I have the best colleagues and I'll do anything to support them, or help them learn and grow.
I love working in a place with a strong collaborative spirit, giving me the room to try new techniques and learn from failures.
Because here I am treated as a Human rather than a number.
I love my teammates so much that even though we spend all day with each other we go out after work, have game nights on the weekends, go on vacations together, and attend each other’s weddings.
