Mr. Charnley is the President of Wiser Solutions Inc. Charnley took over Mobee as President and CEO in 2014. He is a former executive/CEO at several tech companies including NetClarity, Artel, 3Com, and Chipcom, and Director of Cambridge Sound Management. Hal holds a MBA from Boston University and BS and MS in Computer Science from UMass.
Evan joined Wiser in September 2015 as VP of Engineering. He brings over 15 years of software engineering, technology consulting and technology leadership experience. Evan is responsible for Wiser's technology and product direction, technology partnerships and oversight of Wiser’s in-house and outsourced Engineering teams. Before Wiser, Evan led the development team at Rue La La. Earlier in his career he held senior positions at M|C Communications, Steelpoint Technologies and Agency.com. He holds an A.B. in Economics from Dartmouth College.
Chris joined Wiser in November 2015 to lead our Marketing efforts. A modern marketing and sales technologist, he has over 15 years of experience serving global brands and technology starts-ups. He is responsible for the strategic and tactical delivery of brand awareness and product demand. Before Wiser, he held a variety of posts with Best Buy Corporation, 3Com, USRobotics, and HERE/Nokia. Chris also led Marketing for retail analytics firm ShopperTrak and is the Co-Founder of Adeptia, a Gartner MQ leader in the application integration space. He holds a BA from the University of Dayton, OH.
Sr. Director of Operations
Devon is the Director of Operations at Wiser. She started her career in the market research industry as an Associate Analyst at Affinnova (acquired by Nielsen), moved quickly into a Research Analyst role, and eventually became a Product Manager. Devon started at Wiser in early 2014 as an Account Manager. Her focus on process and creating efficiencies advanced her to become Mobee’s Director of Operations in late 2014. Devon graduated from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College in 2011.
Director Product Management
Tom leads product at Wiser. He is responsible for turning business requirements into product user stories, working in a cross-functional role with the engineering and business teams to execute and deliver. In addition, he also develops Wiser's Android application. Before joining Wiser, Tom ran his own marketing and development firm for seven years, focused on providing high-value business solutions in the fast-evolving Internet landscape. Tom earned an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Mount Wachusett Community College.
