The primary responsibility of life sciences Business Development Manager is to seek out and build new business for Wellframe among medical device and pharmaceutical  manufacturers.  The business development professional will work with the growth team, marketing staff, and other managers to identify and pursue partnership and sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for Wellframe.  In this capacity, this individual will:

 

·       Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers.

Department Overview


The Client Strategy and Operations team leads the transformation of clinical services with our clients through our mobile-enabled technology, analytics, and innovative approaches to workflow redesign - either directly with payers and providers or through medical device, behavioral health, and other healthcare partners. This team is responsible for successfully implementing the Wellframe solution with new clients, managing ongoing client relationships, and identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion. We continuously work to improve the experience of client staff and patient end-users of the Wellframe solution and to exceed overall account metrics of success. Position Overview


The Bilingual User Support Associate will be the  first line of response for inbound communications via our helpdesk, ensuring all Wellframe users have a smooth experience with the Wellframe product, including the patient-facing mobile app and the clinician-facing dashboard. The role entails daily contact with our users to assist them with using the Wellframe app and dashboard and helping to troubleshoot issues as they arise, as well as working with internal stakeholders to optimize our service delivery, internal processes, and product.


In addition to responsive support communications and becoming an expert in our products and clients, the Bilingual User Support Associate will be critical in building and maintaining the Wellframe resources and tools that our clients’ clinical staff need to succeed, such as our online help resource center and training materials.


The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter who has a strong sense of urgency and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-changing environment. Responsibilities

  • Provide the first line of response communications for inbound user requests for help via email and telephone for our US-based and international users
  • Resolve user requests including but not limited to answering product questions, guiding users through registration, directing users to additional resources, providing basic troubleshooting, and escalating issues when appropriate
  • Become an expert in our technology platform and services and be comfortable walking others through it
  • Collaborate with internal teams on support process enhancements by providing feedback and updating documentation
  • Help identify potential risks as they emerge that may impact service quality

Ideal Candidate

Position Overview:

The Senior Manager, Services will lead the day-to-day operations and management of the Wellframe Services team, which is part of the Client Strategy and Operations team. The Services team supports Wellframe-provided services for client staff, user support, and patient engagement. This individual will oversee the team that is the face of the company to our end users - health coaches, user support, technology experts, and workflow pros. The Senior Manager, Services will guide the team that works directly with patients and clinicians who use the Wellframe platform (mobile app and web-based dashboard). The Senior Manager, Services is responsible for maturing our existing service lines, as well as identifying opportunities to test and deliver new services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all staff, resources, and processes needed to support Wellframe’s Service Level Agreements  (SLAs) and services across all stages of the client lifecycle including:
  • Manage the Services team to provide a consistently outstanding customer experience
  • Monitor team performance through continual analysis of data, including operational metrics and program evaluation

  • Superlative project management skills, organization, and attention to detail; experience in process management and writing protocols is required

What you'll be doing:

  • Building a multi-faceted app that integrates patient to-dos, reminders, wellness content, care provider chat, and medication management.
  • Implementing multimedia user messaging that is robust, HIPAA-compliant, and ensures against data loss.

The Senior Sales Operations Manager will partner with leaders from Sales, Marketing and Finance to establish and enable a reliable and successful growth strategy.  This individual will support business growth using data-driven insights from the company’s customer, marketing, and sales data. Key areas of focus include planning, forecasting, reporting and analytics, contracting process optimization, and marketing and sales tech stack management.  Reporting to the VP of Finance & Operations, this individual will work with Sales and the Wellframe Executive team on strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and efficiencies.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Partner with growth team to build simple but powerful processes, sales strategies, training and tools with a focus on sales productivity, scalability and automation
  • Deal desk -  manage RFPs, review proposals / quotes, and analyze structure and pricing to optimize profitability, accurately represent stage, and accelerate deal closure
  • Ensure that the sales stages are executed and documented consistently, and aligned with the successful achievement of the company’s business objectives and annual plan

Role Overview:

The Manager of Demand Generation is a hands-on marketer responsible for all initiatives to drive leads through digital, social, and traditional marketing funnels, resulting in sales and customer retention.
