About Hudl and what they do
Hudl is an industry leader in video and analysis tools. We are providing solutions for capturing, analyzing, compiling, and distributing video content are tools that can be used for sports and levels from grassroots all the way up to professional level. Think about it from an example of a coach in high school, the student athlete before Hudl, a coach would record a video camera, have to download that to their computer, put it onto a TV, then they'd have to step by hand. And then from there, they put all that information in front of the athlete, which more than likely was in a room where half the athletes can actually watch it. So they're probably sleeping in the background. And the coach doesn't have a really a great way to go over that film or the stats with that athlete. Hudl comes in, we have our camera systems that's going to automatically record it's what takes that person out of having to actually find someone to record uploads directly in our platform, which is called Hudl. From there coaches can have that interaction with those athletes. And then they can do all the stats and have it linked with video. We sent they sent in the games to us and then we break it down where we have analysts to actually step all of the games. From there, they can create highlights they can create playlist have everything compiled together. So when they're watching it with their athletes, it's beyond efficient. From there they can have team communication athletes, they can create their own recruiting profiles, so they're not dependent on just the coach to do it makes everything more efficient saves time for a ton of coaches, athletes and efficient as a game.

Details on their sales team
The sales team is segmented by the type of organized organizations we're selling to an example. It could be youth club, middle school, high school, small college, and elite Elite is going to be professional teams all the way up to like the D one colleges that compete at a very high level. Every region and territory has a team consisted of a customer success manager, they're going to be the one who handles renewal side of our business and engaging our current customers to the account executive who's going to be focused on growth. And they're going to be the ones of filling out what our customers want and creating packages for them. And then from there, we have the sales manager who's going to manage the customer success managers and account executives. So they're going to oversee those two roles, guide them in that direction to smash our goals professional and provide our sorry, personal and professional. The customer success manager and account executive work hand in hand, are a team working together every day to make sure that we're fulfilling our customers needs and goals. From there, we also have the Sales Director, they're going to be the one who works with the managers to help guide them take on the vision and direction to Hudl is looking to go, they helped make business decisions for the entire sales organization. What their typical sales process looks like
Overall, the sales process is going to be the first the account executive, they're going out there building the relationship getting to know our customers needs, and then figuring out what package makes the most sense for them. Based on what they told us what their needs are. After they commit, the customer success manager is going to come in, get them on boarded, making sure they're actually using it. So they get paid on our customers using it which is going to be a really good ROI return on investment for our customers. A few examples. Think club, they might be working hands on with a club director, a parent or coach high school college, they might we might be working directly with the athletic director, coaches or maybe even District Superintendent elite, they're going to be a lot more hands on just because it's a bigger level deal. They could be working with assistant coaches, video coordinators or directors of operations. Then they get introduced to maybe the athletic director, Associate Athletic Director or CFO, youth, they're going to be everything outside of that. So a lot of youth teams, which would be parents or coaches.
What to expect during the interview process
Applications are submitted online. Notes if you have a friend that Hudl, let them know put your name by them kind of helps get a little bit more eyes on there. The interview process is going to be three rounds. The first one is going to be the initial interview with the recruiter from they're going to be passed on to the second and then it's going to be a little bit more in depth with the actual sales manager kind of digging deeper into the person and the experience that you have with the sales and knowledge and skill level. From there. You're going to get passed on to the third interview and then you're going to do a project where you're going to do a fake pitch. From here we want to see is can you be able to pitch in person or through zoom Can you have that conversation, kind of figure out the needs of the customers. And then on that interview, it's going to be panel where you're going to have a sales manager, and then the person in a position that you're applying for if you're applying for customer success manager, there's going to be someone in there for that just like an account executive somewhere in that role for that. And then on that you get past the hiring manager for the last round.
