EDB's interview process
Well, every function is a little different. Usually you'll start out with an interview from our talent acquisition team, then we'll move on to the hiring manager and then sometimes the VP within that department, sometimes we may add a career interview as well. Um, depending on the position, there may also be an assessment or presentation we typically like to keep the interview process to four to five interviews.
Interview prep tips
So a great tip is to really kind of come to the interview prepared to really discuss your skills and be confident in your experience. When explaining your experience, discuss your skills, how your skills would really align well with the role that you're interviewing for. I'm doing some research on EDB prior to the interview will really go a long way as well. It shows you are serious about the opportunity.
