President and CEO
For 25 years Gary has been involved in creating and leading innovative early stage companies and establishing accelerated sales and valuation growth. Before TimeTrade, Gary headed Cognio (acquired by Cisco) where he pioneered the field of intelligent spectrum management for WiFi systems. Earlier Gary was co-founder of SecureMedia (acquired by Google), one of the first DRM encryption systems for online content and spent 7 years with Hewlett-Packard in Silicon Valley. He holds a BSEE from Cornell and an MBA from Harvard.
Vice President of Client Services
Bill has over 25 years of experience in the development and implementation of enterprise software. Before joining TimeTrade, Bill was Vice President of Client Services at EasyAsk, a division of Progress Software Corporation.
CFO and Sr. Vice President of Operations
Sean joined TimeTrade in 2017 to lead the company’s finance and operations organizations, bringing more than 15 years of financial management experience. Prior to TimeTrade, he was CFO of Cure Forward, an online platform that matches cancer patients with relevant clinical trials. Previously, Sean was CFO of NaviNet, a healthcare information technology firm, which successfully exited with a strategic transaction with NantWorks. Earlier, he held financial management positions with Coventry Healthcare and TJX Corporation. Sean earned a bachelor’s degree in management from Providence College and an MBA from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley College.
Sr. Vice President of Business Development
Cimarron focuses on building strategic partnerships and has held senior global business development positions for SaaS and technology companies. He also is active in providing mentorship for new startups and for entrepreneurs.
Chief Revenue Officer
Tim leads TimeTrade’s sales organization, setting the pace for the team that brings the business benefits of TimeTrade’s Customer Engagement Cloud to all types of organizations. He has spent the past 25 years building and scaling the sales and services organizations of early and mid-stage software companies. He’s built successful worldwide direct sales teams as well as channel ecosystems consisting of systems integrators, VARs, resellers and ISVs. Before joining TimeTrade in 2016, Tim led HubCast to a successful conclusion, with the sale of the company’s assets to Mimeo. Prior to HubCast Tim was EVP of sales and technical services for Ipswitch Software. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business and computer science from Merrimack College.

Cindy is a results-driven financial executive offering more than 20 years of experience and success in driving profit improvement, leading business growth and establishing and scaling operations in emerging growth companies.
Mukul (Miki) Goyal
Chief Technology Officer
Miki leads TimeTrade’s software engineering organization. He joined the company in 2016, bringing his passion for building highly scalable agile teams and developing technology focusing on fast time to value. Miki has more than 15 years of software development and technology management experience. Before TimeTrade, he held senior engineering management positions at edX, Kyruus and Unica. He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Columbia University.
Co-Founder and Chief Technologist
John is one of the original founders of TimeTrade Systems, Inc., and serves as Chief Technologist. John has 20 years of hands-on experience managing the development of computer hardware and software products.
Chief Marketing Officer
Lauren is responsible for TimeTrade’s marketing strategy and execution, including branding, messaging, demand generation, digital and product marketing, and public relations. She joined the company in 2016 with more than 10 years of B2B technology marketing experience. Prior to TimeTrade, Lauren was senior director of marketing for ClickSoftware. She earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Merrimack College and an MBA in marketing from Bentley University.

Our two floors are connected by an internal staircase allowing easy access between the levels.
Each summer we have an employee-run TimeTrade Cornhole Tournament. It is quite the competition so during the winter months, employees practice indoors. We also have an on-site gym, standing desks, plus 10 free fitness classes or a 3-month free gym membership. In addition, employees can earn $300/year in our Healthy Actions program.
Our office has plenty of space for employees to relax throughout the day. We also offer a competitive vacation package including four-day weekends around popular holidays to allow employees to recharge.
