KAYAK is dynamic and fast-paced. We release code every day and have been known to come up with an idea and start testing it a few hours later. What’s the best way to get your foot in the door at KAYAK?

What can someone expect during the interview process?
We move quickly and have been known to make job offers within a few days. One of our engineers recently took a cocktail class and he’s been bringing his mixology skills to the office, which we have all enjoyed. We also have several amateur photographers and a member of the National Women's Rugby team.
What TV or movie would best describe the working environment and employees at KAYAK?

Do you have any unique benefits or perks?
We offer free daily massages, a day off on your birthday and we all get four weeks of vacation – not to mention early closings on Friday's during the summer. We also bring in lunch for the team every Wednesday.
Naturally, people that work here love to travel, so we recently launched a Travel Research Grants program to send employees on a unique trip on company time. In exchange, they have to report back with their travel insights and hacks. The first group of grant recipients are on their way to Milan now to check out the 2015 World Expo - they are very excited.
What’s on tap or in your fridge?
On tap we have Cambridge Brewing Company, Seargent Pepper and Brooklyn Brewery Summer Ale. We always keep the fridge stocked with fruit, humus, yogurt and snacks. Chobani, Wasabi Peas, Beef Jerky and string cheese always seem to go the fastest.
