Mimecast, a leading email and data security company, announced it acquired security software developer Solebit for approximately $88M net of cash acquired.
Financial software maker SS&C Technologies Holdings Inc (SSNC.O) said it would buy Eze Software from TPG Capital for $1.45 billion in cash, to expand its offerings to buy-side investment firms.
Siemens AG will acquire Mendix for $730M in cash, plus a significant multi-year investment to accelerate R&D innovation and global footprint of their platform.
Skyworks Solutions signed a definitive agreement to purchase Avnera Corporation, a leading developer of Analog System on Chips (ASoCs).
Polaris Partners announced its first and final close for Polaris Growth Fund I, with $175 million to continue the firm’s successful track record of investing in profitable technology companies, including software, Internet, and technology-enabled services companies.
Formlabs said that the recent round values the company at over $1 billion, bringing the total funding to date to over $100 million.
