Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Lars has helped build SessionM into the market leader for customer data management and engagement, working with the world's largest and most innovative brands to help them build stronger relationships through smarter engagement. Prior to co-founding SessionM, Lars was at Apple, Inc., where he was a member of the executive team iAd, Apple's mobile advertising business unit. While at iAd, Lars worked on a variety of initiatives including running partnerships and alliances in the U.S., Europe and Asia. Before Apple, Lars was a Co-Founder and Senior Vice President of Business Development at Quattro Wireless, a leading mobile advertising platform that was acquired by Apple in 2010. Prior to Quattro, Lars was Vice President of Business Development at m-Qube, North America's dominant mobile aggregator that was acquired by VeriSign in 2006. Lars started his career in investment banking and finance on the West Coast, working for Montgomery Securities, and later for an affiliate fund of private equity firm, Texas Pacific Group. Lars has been featured in leading publications like the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Fortune and Bloomberg and has been recognized with industry awards like The Boston Globe 100 Most Innovative, Boston Business Journal 40 Under 40 and BostonInno 50 on Fire among others. Lars is actively involved in the entrepreneurial community, working closely with a range of venture funds and early stage start-ups along with non-profits like Build Boston, The Posse Foundation and TUGG. Lars received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and his AB with honors from Harvard University.
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Scott has over 18 years of development, operational and leadership experience turning ideas into reality and leading technology teams through the challenges of early stage growth. Prior to SessionM, Scott served as Vice President of Product & Technology for Scientific Games (SGMS). While at Scientific Games, Scott oversaw the development and integration of interactive technologies into MDI’s products and services. Earlier in his career, Scott served as Vice President of Product and Technology at GameLogic (acquired by Scientific Games in 2010), Co-Founder and GM of SnapYap.com, Principle Software Engineer at Terra / Lycos Inc., and Senior Software engineer at Gamesville.com (acquired by Lycos in 1999). At Lycos, Scott spent several years innovating data and advertising platform technologies. At the age of 16, he joined a team of eight motivated geeks to help build country's first Internet service provider, later acquired by Conversant Communications. Scott graduated from the University Of Rhode Island with a BS in Computer Science. Scott loves spending time with family, learning new software languages, snowboarding, sailing and is an avid golfer.
Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer
Previously, Mark was a founding team member and COO at GameLogic Inc., a digital games and marketing platform company acquired by Scientific Games (SGMS) in 2010. Prior to GameLogic, Mark was also employee #1 and the Vice President, Product & Operations of Gamesville, the Internet games and marketing pioneer acquired by the Lycos Network in 1999. While at Gamesville, Mark was in charge of Product Development and directed marketing and awareness campaigns that established Gamesville as the most popular games site on the Internet. Mark holds an MBA and an MS in Communication from Boston University, and a BA in Economics from the University of Vermont. He is also a named inventor on more than 80 online gaming and marketing patents and patent applications.
Chief Revenue Officer
Bill is responsible for driving revenue growth at SessionM, overseeing the mobile advertising and enterprise loyalty teams to deliver best in class solutions to app developers, publishers, brands and merchants. Prior to joining SessionM, Bill was SVP/General Manager of WildTangent Media here he invented groundbreaking new in-game advertising platforms, launched a vertical network enabling brands to engage with audiences through games at scale, and built a world class sales organization from the ground up. Prior to joining WildTangent, Bill was Director of West Coast Sales at News Corp’s News Digital Media (now Fox Interactive Media). He is currently an active member of the IAB Games Committee and the IAB Sales Executive Council. He is a graduate of Georgetown University.
Chief Financial Officer
Todd has more than 20 years of finance, operating and M&A experience in enterprise software, SaaS and mobile technology. He joins SessionM from enterprise recruiting software company erecruit, where he served as CFO and COO. Prior to erecruit, Todd held several senior finance and operating roles including CFO at Livewire Mobile, Chief Accounting Officer at NMS Communications and VP Product Operations and VP Finance at Aspen Technology. Over his career, he has played a key role in several M&A transactions, including the sale of Livewire Mobile to OnMobile, NMS Communications’ CP Business to Dialogic, Corechange to OpenText Corporation and Ardent Software to Informix Corporation, and numerous acquisitions. Todd began his career at Deloitte and is a CPA.
Senior Vice President, Customer Success & Business Operations
Amy is responsible for Customer Success and Business Operations at SessionM. Prior to joining SessionM, Amy was at Apple, Inc., via the acquisition of Quattro Wireless. At Apple, Amy managed the iAd Account Management team and was responsible for helping to build relationships with prospective and existing clients, as well as streamlining sales operations. Amy built the pre and post sales account management teams at Quattro Wireless. She also played a key role in developing ad operation processes to help scale and grow the business. Prior to joining Quattro Wireless, Amy was at Thomson Financial via the acquisition of CCBN. She held management roles in product operations and account management while at Thomson. She started her career in public relations.
Chief Marketing Officer
Patrick leads Marketing efforts for SessionM. Prior to that, he ran marketing and strategy for two successful startups in the streaming audio industry. He also has client-side experience as CMO of a publicly traded retailer as well as multiple leadership positions with leading international advertising agencies. Patrick has contributed articles on mobility to Forbes, TechCrunch, and VentureBeat among others, and spoken at CES, NAB, and SxSW. He is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University.
Vice President of North American Sales
Adam is VP of North American Sales at SessionM. Prior to joining SessionM, Adam served in both Sales and Channel leadership positions at Sitecore. In his last role as Global VP of Partners and Alliances at Sitecore his team more than doubled the partner contribution to revenue and expanded the service delivery capabilities across Sitecore's global time zones to include net new products and technology acquisitions like commerce. Prior to Sitecore, Adam spent 8 years at Microsoft as part of the SharePoint organization including managing sales integration on the FAST Search acquisition and helping create Microsoft's Digital Marketing practice. He is a graduate of Florida State University and Northwestern Kellogg's Executive Education program.
