Qstream Company Overview

Developed at Harvard, Qstream is a radically new sales performance platform used by top brands to ignite high-performance sales teams. Combining science and data analytics in an easy-to-use mobile solution, Qstream is the first and only proven approach to building smarter, more confident sales teams at scale – with impact to the bottom line. 

In minutes a day, sales reps use Qstream to respond to short scenario-based challenges pushed to their mobile device, allowing them to apply their knowledge and practice best approaches to selling. The platform’s analytics engine synthesizes response data to provide insights into team capabilities via a data-driven Coaching HubÔ that combines system-generated proficiency scores with observed competency and confidence ratings. Integration with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com allows users to correlate Qstream data against any KPI for triggered coaching actions and a richer picture of sales readiness.

Today Qstream is used by 14 of the world’s top 15 pharmaceutical companies, as well as leaders in technology and financial services. The company is based outside Boston, MA, with additional locations in San Francisco, Oregon, UK, and Dublin, Ireland.

A Day in the Life

Our customers expect to have a spectacular experience with Qstream and we boast a proud history of exceeding their expectations in every way.  Our Client Services team members are the ambassadors of our technology and brand. 

In this role you will move between managing the tactical components of an implementation and using your product expertise to provide mentoring, technical support, and hands-on Qstream administrator services for our global clients. Flexibility, accountability and the ability to think on your feet are must-haves.

Project Management

Qstream is a shift in how management helps our clients’ sales teams succeed.  You will mentor and guide our corporate clients as they learn this new technology and help them integrate Qstream into their organization.  This includes developing a project plan, guiding them through the implementation process, and helping them make key implementation decisions along the way. 

Qstream Administrator

As a power-user on Qstream you will assist with implementation tasks and ongoing administration for corporate clients.  This includes game configuration, reporting and team setup, user administration … and more!! Enjoy the long-term relationship you will establish with key clients.

Mentoring

You will share your Qstream wisdom teaching clients how to implement and use our web-based enterprise platform.  Through online webinars you will help our university and healthcare clients to become independent and successful.

Tech Support

You will use your technical and problem-solving skills to help clients with questions about Qstream.  This includes responding to questions and issues from site administrators, content authors, and end users.

  • Project management and consulting experience deploying software in a corporate environment.

  • Superior communicator. On a daily basis, you will need to communicate professionally on the phone and through well-crafted emails and customized materials that address a variety of needs.   
  • Client services master.  Build and nurture relationships while delivering a flawless product deployment.
  • Quick and independent learner.  We’re a lean startup and need people who are motivated to roll up their sleeves and able to figure things out on their own. 
  • Problem solver.  Launching a Qstream to thousands of users needs to be done right – the first time.  Anticipating and resolving potential problems is key. Critical thinking and attention to detail are required.
  • Project(s) manager.  From the devilish details to the bird’s eye view, you own the project.

What can someone expect during the interview process?

The pace moves quickly around here, which means we have to be nimble, both in how we work and how we hire. We know your life is just as busy. If we see a potential match, we’ll quickly schedule a phone call because nothing beats a conversation. If everyone – including you – likes what they are hearing, we’ll invite you to meet the team. Interviews often include an opportunity to join the team for lunch so that you can make sure we are a good fit. We understand that the candidate’s time is just as important as the hiring manager’s time. We strive to move the interview process along. We review applications daily.
