CEO and Co-Founder
Volodymyr has extensive commercial experience in the areas of technology, sales and marketing, having worked at Microsoft, Accenture and Google. Prior to that, he had his own mobile phone business, where he saw firsthand how a very competitive retail industry works. It was here he learned that by keeping track of competitor price changes, he could influence and maximize his sales and profit margins. Volodymyr has an MSc in International Business, and a BSc in Computer Science.
CTO and Co-Founder
Dmitry brings a wealth of experience in software and product development with specialisation in mathematical modelling in economics. Prior to co-founding Profitero, Dmitry was a software engineer with IBM, where he received the IBM Innovation Award for financial markets analytics. Before that, he worked at P&G where he was involved in product development and retail analytics. He has an MSc in Mathematics (Hons), and a BSc in Computer Science (Hons) with qualifications in Mathematics, Systems Analysis, Economics and Finance.
CIO and Co-Founder
Kanstantsin is a serial entrepreneur with expertise in online retail. As an owner of several eCommerce sites, he identified with the pain that retailers went through when spending hours on competitor price monitoring and the lack of viable solutions on the market. Two years ago he started to develop a scalable technology with a vision to monitor an unlimited number of products against an unlimited number of competitors. This technology platform grew into Profitero and today it is a commercial product helping retailers track their product prices against the competition. As the technology now surpasses the monitoring of over 28 million products, it helps that Kanstantsin has a BSc with distinction in software engineering.
VP Strategy & Insights
Keith leads the continuous innovation and development of Profitero’s online insights solution for retailers and brands, helping global companies gain a deeper understanding of their online presence to optimize both online and in-store sales. For more than 10 years, Keith has been a trusted advisor to global retailers and CPG companies including Walmart, Target, Best Buy, P&G, Unilever and Coca Cola. Prior to his role at Profitero, Keith was Vice President of the Advisory practice at RetailNet Group. Keith’s insights have been featured in the Financial Times and Forbes Magazine among other publications, and he is a frequent speaker at retail, technology, and media conferences.
President and COO, Board Member
Daniel brings over 15 years’ experience in both the online and business intelligence industries, and has extensive knowledge in investing, developing and scaling high-growth companies. He joined Profitero as a Strategic Advisor when the company began with a simple prototype and vision, and his input has been instrumental in developing the business to where it is today. Daniel has served as Chief Commercial Officer for mySupermarket.co.uk and previously as Managing Director of Experian Hitwise.
Chief Financial Officer
Matt is responsible for the company’s finances at Profitero. Matt has extensive experience building and scaling finance at venture backed technology companies. Prior to joining Profitero, Matt was VP Finance at Logentries, a SaaS IT analytics company that was acquired by Rapid7 in 2015. Prior to Logentries, Matt was VP Finance at Affinnova, where he led finance and the company grew to $50M in revenue before being acquired by Nielsen.
Matt is a graduate from Texas Tech University with a bachelors in Accounting.
VP Marketing, Global
Mike’s marketing background spans leadership positions in both product marketing and demand gen at multiple global analytics companies. Prior to Profitero, Mike was Vice President of Product Marketing at Nielsen, where he was responsible for launching new analytic products for the company’s retail measurement business. Before that, he was the global head of marketing for Nielsen’s Innovation Practice. Prior to Nielsen, Mike was Vice President of Affinnova, a predictive analytics company that was acquired by Nielsen in 2014. His career started at Staples, where he held roles in both marketing and corporate public relations.
Mike is a graduate of Boston College and has a B.A. and M.A. in English Literature.
VP Sales, EMEA
Mark leads Profitero's EMEA sales team, partnering with consumer brands and retailers to improve their eCommerce performance. Mark joins Profitero following his 18-year tenure at IRI. Most recently, he was Sales Director in the Technology Solutions group where he helped major FMCG organizations get the most from a diverse range of data to improve their key business processes. Mark has worked with Kellogg's, Danone, Nestle, Mars and Heineken, helping these companies improve global business performance, in store execution, on shelf availability and multi-channel retailing (including eCommerce). Mark studied business at the University of Sheffield and is based in London.
Director of Marketing EMEA
Jannie leads the marketing efforts for Profitero EMEA and brings more than 15 years’ experience in growing the profile of several early-stage digital businesses. Prior to joining Profitero, Jannie was one of the earliest team members of Hitwise, a leading online competitor and search intelligence business. Jannie helped build the Hitwise brand and its 500+ UK customer base before a subsequent acquisition by Experian for $240M.
Previously, Jannie led marketing for NetValue, one of the first pan-European onIine usage measurement solutions delivered via a Taylor Nelson Sofres panel (subsequently acquired by Nielsen) and BTLookSmart, a joint venture between BT and online directory LookSmart.
Director of Strategy and Insights EMEA
Andrew supports Profitero customers in EMEA, working closely with them to drive their eCommerce performance across all areas of the digital shelf. Prior to Profitero, Andrew spent 13 years in Category Management and Shopper Marketing roles at Mars, McCormick and Tata Global Beverages. Andrew is a frequent speaker at industry events, including Kantar Retail and IGD, and his insights are regularly featured in retail industry press.
Director of Strategy and Insights China
Angela leads Profitero’s China presence, helping global brands optimize their online performance in the world’s largest eCommerce market. Angela brings nearly 20 years of research experience to Profitero, holding previous positions at Nielsen, WPP, NPD Group and Huawei.
