President and Chief Executive Officer
Gary joined PrismHR in 2012. In his first year, Gary helped facilitate substantial company growth, and was the key driver in completing two acquisitions and one divestiture. In January 2014, Gary was promoted to President. He is responsible for the organization’s growth strategy, including strategic planning, alliances, new business development, key corporate initiatives and fund-raising. Prior to joining PrismHR, Gary held a number of senior management roles in SaaS and Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) companies. Most recently he served as the Vice-President of Global Corporate Sales at Bullhorn, Inc., a Boston-based provider of cloud-based applicant tracking and recruitment software for the staffing industry. Gary has held Executive roles at Veritude (a Fidelity Company), Tac Worldwide (now Advantage, a Cerberus Company) and Salesnet (now part of Oracle). Gary holds a B.A. in Economics from Hamilton College.
Chief Revenue Officer
Mark joined PrismHR in 2012, and is responsible for the strategy, growth and execution that drives the company’s leadership and success in the PEO and competing markets. Mark has a successful track record of enterprise leadership and sales management at both national and global companies. Prior to providing business development consulting as the Managing Partner at MEH Associates, Mark led several companies in his roles as Chief Operating Officer at Newline Noosh, President and CEO of Cirqit, and Senior Vice President of LP Thebault. After starting and successfully building a commercial and digital printing company, he sold it to IKON Office Solutions, where he served as Vice President of National Sales for several years. Mark has a BBA from the University of Massachusetts (UMass Amherst).
Chief Financial Officer
Joyce Bell is PrismHR’s Chief Financial Officer and leads financial, legal and corporate operations and human resources. Joyce joins PrismHR from Brand Networks, where she was CFO of the private equity-backed software company. Prior to Brand Networks, she held CFO positions with Nexage, Clicksquared and Compete. She has also been a member of Financial Executives International (FEI) since 2002, has served on its board, and is a member of its academic relations committee. She is also a steering committee member of the CFO Leadership Council, which provides educational and networking events for senior finance professionals. Joyce is also a member of the Huntington YMCA Board and holds both an MBA and BS from Babson College.
Chief Marketing Officer
Scott Horn is PrismHR’s Chief Marketing Officer and is responsible for the company’s marketing strategy, vision and execution. Scott has more than twenty years of experience and proven success in marketing, product marketing in sales in high-growth environments. Previously, he was Chief Marketing and Revenue Operations Officer at 7.ai, the leading provider of enterprise-class chatbots for customer care and selling, and Vice President, Global Marketing for Seagate Technology, a leader in global storage technology. He also spent 17 years at Microsoft in a variety of marketing and product leadership roles. He has an MBA from the Wharton School, and a BS in Information and Computer Science from Georgia Tech.
Chief Information Officer, EVP, Product Delivery
Lonnie is PrismHR’s CIO and heads up product delivery functions – Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Quality, Documentation and Program Management. He applies more than 25 years of progressive experience optimizing and scaling world class engineering, quality, software release and operations teams, delivering with predictability and leveraging current industry best practices with a high degree of automation. Prior to joining PrismHR, Lonnie formalized, substantially grew and matured eCopy’s software quality discipline (prior to its sale to Nuance Communications), and later VFA’s quality assurance, software release and SaaS operations functions (prior to its sale to Accruent). Earlier in his career, Lonnie led engineering and QA teams at Akamai, Progress Software and several successful Boston area startups. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Vice President, Product Management
Scott Cormier joined PrismHR in 2016 and is currently the Vice-President of Product Management. Scott brings over 20 years of product management best practice experience and a customer-driven focus to improve and enhance PrismHR’s leading HR software platform. Prior to joining PrismHR, he’s held a range of product marketing and management roles at companies including Accruent, VFA and Softrax. Scott received a BS in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts.
Vice President, Human Resources
As the Vice President of Human Resources, Kimberly leads efforts to attract and retain top talent, deliver world-class learning and development, and maintain and evolve PrismHR’s hard-working, challenging and fun culture. She also drives ongoing enhancement of best practices for employee engagement, education and well-being, helping PrismHR serve as an employer of choice in the Boston, Massachusetts area and throughout the United States.
Prior to joining the PrismHR team in 2016, Kimberly served as the Director of Human Resources for Macy’s Logistics and Operations, Macy’s Retail and Raymour & Flanigan Furniture. Kimberly holds SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications and a Human Resources certificate from Post University.
Vice President, Professional Services
Michael DeLessio joined PrismHR in 2013 and currently leads the Professional Services team. At PrismHR, Mike has significantly expanded the size, scope, capabilities and impact of this team. This includes ongoing process improvements, a new implementation methodology, enhanced resource management and expanded offerings. Prior to PrismHR, Mike had more than 15 years of experience in professional services and customer support both in the US and on an international scale. Mike led and grew the Professional Services teams at MicroStrategy and Bullhorn software. Prior to Bullhorn, Mike was based in London for 10 years leading Professional Services for KANA Software. Mike graduated cum laude with a BS from Bentley University.
Senior Vice President of Business Development
Tim is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at PrismHR. For the last 21 years, Tim Pratte has helped thousands of business owners reduce overall labor costs and provide improved benefit options for their employees through innovative technology, multiple strategies, cost saving techniques, and expert advice to streamline business processes. He graduated Summa cum laude from The University of Tampa with a degree in Economics and served as the President and CEO of Questco Companies in Houston, Texas.
Frederick W. Davison
Founder & Senior Advisor
Since founding the company in 1985, Fred has been and continues to be the leading architect of the firm’s software products. Providing superior software solutions and exceptional customer support has been his goal for the company from day one, and continues to be the top priority for his team. Prior to starting the company, Fred worked independently as an information systems consultant, where he was involved in the development of application software for a variety of industries including retail and wholesale distribution, manufacturing and banking. As the Senior Business Systems Analyst with Bay State Health Care, he led the development of a customized claims processing system. As an MIS consultant with Arthur Andersen & Company, he was project lead in the development of an automated provisioning system for Bath Iron Works in Bath, Maine. Fred holds MS/MBA and BS degrees from Boston University.
Executive Vice President
Joining PrismHR in 1994, Craig Babigian was one of the pioneer software executives who helped shape technology solutions for the PEO industry. He has been instrumental in cultivating the PrismHR software family. Craig is uniquely qualified to help PrismHR maintain and extend its forerunner status as he leads ongoing product development. Prior to PrismHR, Craig was the Controller for a multi-state service company. He served as a consultant for a Canadian company that had purchased a Boston-based healthcare laundry. Craig is a board member of the ESAC, a PEO accreditation organization, and past board member of NAPEO, the leading organization providing strategic direction to the PEO industry. He is also an active member of Massachusetts Technology Council. Craig holds a BS in Accounting from Bentley College.
Chief Application Officer
In his 18-year association with PrismHR, David Wolverton has led teams and projects ranging from architecting core modules, managing special projects, leading client implementations, and providing critical support and guidance on best practices. In his current role as Chief Application Officer, David is charged with organizing and managing fluid rapid response teams across clients, partners and internal resources to address mission critical initiatives requiring cross-functional leadership. Prior to joining the PrismHR team in 2013 as Director of Professional Services, David led Sunset Programming, a PrismHR valued partner since 1996. David has also served as Controller for a 100+ employee mechanical contractor, and as Development Manager for a software firm. David holds a BBA in Management from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Chief Technology Officer
As the Chief Technology Officer at PrismHR, Vlad is responsible for the vision, leadership, and implementation of PrismHR’s overall technology strategy. Among other things, that includes design and development of the technology roadmap — major technical initiatives that support strategic business programs, product roadmap and facilitate revenue growth; definition of standards, policies, procedures and metrics that are related to technology functions; ownership and decisions related to technical architecture; internal/external customer communication related to technology.
Vlad brings 20+ years of technology leadership in a wide array of industries for companies of different sizes. He has extensive experience in design, development, and delivery of software products specializing in highly scalable, reliable and performant SaaS business applications. He received a BA in Information Technology from Excelsior College, and an MA in Information Technology from Harvard University.
Adam Van Beek
Chief Innovation Officer
Adam joined PrismHR in 2011, and currently serves as the Chief Innovation Officer. Prior to joining the PrismHR team, Adam spent ten years at IBM in the field architecting and implementing large scale data integration and data quality projects. He has extensive experience in data integration, data quality, metadata management and data governance across many verticals. Prior to IBM, he spent four years performing advance technical support and consulting for customers around the world. Adam holds a B.S. in Business Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts.
Vice President, Marketing
As the Vice President of Marketing, Jonathan Wall leads the marketing team’s efforts to drive growth through go to market strategy and execution, communications, demand generation and sales/channel enablement. Prior to joining PrismHR in 2015, Jonathan’s career has spanned a range of marketing roles at companies including Adobe, Bullhorn, IBM and Sybase with an emphasis on helping enterprises and individuals use technology to improve efficiency and grow. Jonathan holds a BA from Bates College, and a MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
Vice President, Sales
Russell joined PrismHR in 2013, and is responsible for leading the execution of PrismHR’s customer enablement strategy, creating value-oriented engagement and long term success for our customers. Prior to joining the PrismHR team, Russell provided sales support, enablement and training to KnowledgeLake’s premier partners in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Prior to KnowledgeLake, he held several sales and sales management positions at IKON Office Solutions and Toshiba. Russell has a BS in Business and Finance from Western New England University.
Vice President, Customer Support
As Vice President of Customer Support, Joe leads the company’s efforts to deliver a great customer support experience. Joe joined PrismHR in 2017 and has nearly 20 years of experience in the software and technology industry. Most recently, he served as VP of Operations at Bullhorn, where he helped scale the company for growth by building out internal systems and business processes. Prior to Bullhorn, Joe served as a consultant to technology companies, advising on a range of strategic and operational challenges. He co-founded a mobile commerce startup, and began his career as an analyst at the US State Department. Joe served in the Israel Defense Forces. He holds a BA from Michigan, an MA from George Washington, and an MBA from MIT Sloan.
