More than 100 employees at our Boston, MA headquarters provide best-in-class support to our network of licensed business partners across the US and Canada. Our licensees run successful businesses by hosting events at local bars and restaurants, fueling both community engagement and entrepreneurship.
Those selected to join our platform are trained and supported by our internal Paint Nite team. Licensees also benefit from our marketing resources and e-commerce web platform to advertise and sell tickets to their Paint Nite and Plant Nite events.

Employees can begin making contributions to their 401k retirement savings on day one of employment. All contributions are fully vested, including the company’s contributions equaling up to 4% of your salary, which begin on your one-year anniversary of full-time employment.
We also offer a flexible time-off policy, allowing employees to determine when and how to use time away from the office. We don’t put a limit on vacation, personal, or sick days because we want you to take the time you need to be at your best.
Additionally, we offer 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave to both new moms and dads. We feel that those first few months are an important time and we don’t want new parents to miss a single moment!
